Pros: I loved the delicious home cooked Farmer’s omelet for breakfast along with yummy breads and juice options. The coffee was never in short supply either! The room was adorable with an amazing view of the water. The king-sized bed was beautifully made with a quilt and silky soft sheets. The shower had wonderful pressure and relaxing rain like shower head option. There were beautiful details to the inn from cute blue glass knick-knacks to vintage styled comfortable couches that faced the water view and fireplace. The landscaping was gorgeous as well with many colorful roses and flowers lining the large wrap around porch. I hope to visit again soon!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was good. The rooms were decent. The facilities were nice in appearance and there was lots of parking.
Cons: There people smoking right outside the back door where you came in and the smell went up the hallways. The staff were not always very engaged or professional. Things seemed to take a long time. They had a lot of breakfast options, but then would ran out of waffle mix in both machines with a long line.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, great facility. Exceeded expectations.

Cons: It was wonderful! The only thing not perfect was the hot tub was out of order. Stuff gaopens though, and everything else was superb.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: The room was not properly cleaned and my daughter found someone’s dirty underwear in our room. I turned them in to the front desk and told him where they were found, but he didn’t seem to shocked. Also, my son cut his knee on the edge of the pool because some of the tiles were not connected.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Heated pool, great location, super clean rooms, fast WiFi, delicious breakfast. Great for families.

Located in Coupeville, Captain Whidbey is in a rural location, a 4-minute drive from Fort Ebey State Park and 5 minutes from Island County Historical Society. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super.
Cons: Expensive, My neighbors had a fight and if were not for the staff who for sure stopped their noise, I wouldn't have slept. They resumed their fight the next morning.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very cute spin on old inn Friendly staff Great fire pits and hammocks
Cons: Stains on the sheets under the top blanket as if they were being covered up. Pretty loud floors (but to be expected in an old building). Biggest bummer was the food at the restaurant... burrata salad came with mini mozzarella balls, scallops with risotto came with broccoli mash instead with no warning, roasted root vegetables came with corn that I’m 99 percent sure was from a Can (at least char it!) and the meringue pie came on frozen or rock hard piece of pastry.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Making camp fires and roasting smores
9.5 Excellent
Pros: CW is a wonderful way to soak up the beauty of the PNW. And I’m a native Love the rustic quality My sister got married CW 30 some years ago

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great ole lodge on the water with great restaurant!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Unique property in the best of ways! Rustic and charming!
Cons: No AC which is typical in this part of the country. We were there on a warm night.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic, rustic log cabin inn right next to the water. We enjoyed delicious food at the restaurant (although portions are a bit on the smaller side) and the lively atmosphere and music. The super friendly and helpful staff care for you like family. We had an upstairs room facing the water. The rooms are small befitting and older inn but nicely appointed and decorated with a nautical theme. The shared baths were clean and convenient. Our room had a sink and bath robes.
Cons: We loved the inn and would come back. Just a few notes about the nature of the building. For light sleepers or those keen on solitude or privacy: this isn’t a modern Holiday Inn. We can hear the faint conversations and music in the restaurant and lobby from our room and the hallway floor squeaks to remind us of the other guests. The room was bright with sun in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I felt like home very welcomed I liked everything, I 've always visit for a drink is my first time staying and I loved it and the food at the restaurant was delicious!!they even got me a blanket , while eating out and it Is definitely a very relaxing romantic place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great property. Gorgeous views.Awesome staff in restaurant. Nice check in. Food was excellent.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. Moaning on one side that kids asked about. Noisy kids above us. Only so much a sound machine can do. Also, needed to print one page at checkout. Apparently not possible and didn’t feel bad. One simple request after spending $600 in 24 hours. Frustrating.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful setting overlooking water. Nice lounge chairs outside. Delicious cookies offered free at night. Room and bathrooms clean. Friendly front desk and restaurant staff.
Cons: Lighting very poor in room as well as in hallways...very hard to read at night. Bed too soft and pillows were massive. Walls are quite thin....a bit noisy until 11pm or so. Only one shower in shared bathrooms down the hall. Very narrow staircase to get to lodge rooms upstairs...may be difficult for older or disabled people to access.

6.8 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast that was well attended and had plenty of seating. The grounds were well kept and inviting. They even had a little playground, a picnic table and a pool. Although the pool was small, it seemed to have room for more guests to enjoy it whenever we went by it.
Cons: Goodness gracious, the room was extremely outdated and it felt dirty. Every piece of furniture was at least 3 decades old and you could feel it. It was very hard to relax. Also, the check in process took several minutes longer than I’ve ever experienced at any other hotel.

Pros: The staff were super friendly. We stayed in one of the cute little cabins and the price was amazing. We were looking for something on our way from Seattle to Vancouver and while this was a little out of the way, the area is beautiful. This was such a cute Inn and the value was unbeatable. We had a great breakfast and the staff even gave us some magnets. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The cabin was small so the arrangement of the room was a little different. No mirror above the sink or in the bathroom and the sink was separate from toilet and shower. We were able to work around it though.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Didn't get the room I paid for. I paid for two beds and I got a bed and a pull out couch bed. That was very uncomfortable and the worst night sleep ever. Breakfast sucked had to go to a restaurant for a good meal

1.0 Poor
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: The way I was treated when I checked out along with additional bogus charges made to my card
8.0 Excellent
Cons: They advertise “breakfast included “. Reality is a Tupperware tub of Costco muffins and bagels plus a coffee pot in the lobby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I passed on the breakfast as it looked minimal at best without a place to eat it in as it was in the entryway. The stairs were narrow and old but safe. The hotel had been a prostitute and drug sales/manufacturing problem that had to be closed, cleaned and remodeled at some recent time in the past. There was no sign of it's past history.
Cons: The upstairs exit door was bent, broken and loud when opened and closed. The stairs are narrow and steep and are a problem if you have any leg/hip/? issues. In this modern time of electrical devises, outlets to plug anything into were few.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: prime location in the center of Oak Harbor... the deer meandering thru was a bonus.
Cons: Air conditioning filter needed cleaning, would have helped their energy bill too.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Just right for the price
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to drive in, separate room for one of the beds
Cons: 2nd bed was like sleeping on a box spring only
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here about 8 years ago when it was under a different management team. The Inn was ok then and had some issues, but was cheap. The new management has made a lot of improvements and are still trying to finish up. Overall was a better experience and comfort than 8 years ago.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, location, room
Cons: Wi-fi unavailable
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Shares parking lot with a bar they own, loud drunks at 2am closing time a problem. Also toilet lid hinge was broken, and staff very slow to supply plunger for easily-clogged toilet in morning. Not going back ever.
7.0 Good
Cons: The lounge/pool hall/bar music Saturday night kept me awake till after 1:30 A:M,Cars/motorcycles revving engines near the room was very unpleasant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. We mentioned after checking in that we were disappointed that there was no hair dryer, the next day, a brand new hair dryer showed up in our bathroom. Very nice staff / owners .
Cons: We stayed 3 days and the staff never came to replenish our linens or take out the trash. We had to search out staff at the restaurant in order to get clean towels and more TP.
4.5 Okay
Pros: There were 2 queen beds, was was in its own room with the bathroom, the other in the front room with the tv
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t located where all could use if someone was sleeping in the bedroom. Shower was not clean and the shower curtain was gross at the bottom. Could not open windows and the a/c was in the bedroom and didn’t work well- it was old school. The fridge didn’t seem to work that great. The sheets were either dirty or stained. Check in took a while. I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. New owners. Probably have good intentions and plans to make this a better place, but still have a long way to go.
