The location of the hotel was convenient. The suite was very clean although a little outdated. Had the absolute worst sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel room as walls are VERY thin and we could hear the occupants in the room above us while walking around their suite at 2am, 3am, and 4am. Our second night we were awoken at about midnight to an extremely loud drilling sound as if the world were ending and someone was about to drill through the bathroom wall. That lasted for about 10 minutes and then we were kept awake by the upstairs occupants walking around their suite again. I will say I am typically a very heavy sleeper but this was unbearable. Will definitely not go back to this location.

Pros:French doors seperated two rooms. Kitchenette had nice counters. Bed was comfortable as was living room furniture. I would and probably will book here again.
Cons:Lots of loud kids at breakfast. Hot breakfast was, eh. Sausage links were double eh. Oatmeal, it was warm and soupy.

Pros:Check in was easy, the staff was initially very nice. The room looked really nice and clean. However, I woke up with multiple bites on my neck, face and arms. These were not bed bugs as only areas that were not covered were bitten. These bites are characteristic of mosquito bites. My room was right next to the pool so that might have something to do with it. I told the man at the front desk about it and he did not seem to care. He did not even apologize. He just said he would have housekeeping look. Everything looked nice, however I am now extremely itchy and uncomfortable after staying here. Wouldn't recommend

Pros:I loved the bed. It was so big and comfortable. I never wanted to get out of it. Everything in the room was modern and comfy and I was able to relax. I was very happy to find that I was on floor level and it was easy to find and get into my room. I had all amenities that the website indicated and everyone was friendly. Also breakfast is the most awesome thing in the morning. It took me three days to figure out how to work the waffle maker, but all of breakfast was easy, fast, and healthy and they even had alternatives for lactose intolerance and gluten free stuff. Very considerate.
Cons:On one day, near the end of my trip, they cleaned my room while I was out and did not leave me any towels or washcloths. Next morning, I asked for four towels so I could have enough to shower that afternoon and the next morning and it took more than 2 hours to get towels and I only got three. Not the four I asked for. Also the bathroom was the smallest room in my suite. It was literally smaller than the closet. I expected a larger bathroom. Also, on the website and when I booked, it indicated FREE shuttle rides to and from Disneyland. They were NOT free nor did the shuttles come every 20 minutes like I was told. It was $3 one way or buy a pass for the shuttle and there was no place close to the hotel to buy a pass. I wound up buying a pass for the ART shuttle at Disneyland as I left the first day I went there as that was the only place I found to buy the ART passes where I went.

Pros:The rooms are big, breakfast was great. The guy making waffles was really nice, great with all the kids. The beds are comfortable and it's in a great location.
Cons:The A/C didn't work for squat. Set to 60. Never cooled the room down at all.
