Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location, often highlighting the convenience of being right on Lake Huron and close to town. Many found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, stained linens, and poorly maintained common areas. The pool and hot tub were frequently mentioned as needing maintenance or being unclean, and several guests were disappointed by the limited or poor-quality breakfast options. While some appreciated comfortable beds and amenities like kitchenettes, the overall impression was that the hotel is outdated and in need of significant renovation, especially regarding cleanliness and facilities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
