H. R. Era de la Corte - Antigua - Building

Overview Reviews
With a stay at H. R. Era de la Corte in Antigua, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Antigua Municipal Pool and Antigua Stadium. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Rural Era de la Costa is a very special and unique place and we highly recommend it. It is centrally located, full of character and steeped in family history, evident by the family portraits and human stories. From the moment we arrived, Malole and David, our hosts, were so welcoming and made it clear we were to treat it as ‘our home’. The hotel compound was walled and wewere provided with a fob for the electronic gate, reassuring us of our safety and security. Their house rules included, we were not to wash any dishes, be respective about noise after 10pm and not to feed the squirrels! We had freedom to use the kitchen to prepare meals and snacks and use the spacious and luxurious lounge at our leisure. Everything we needed was provided for and we were encouraged to ask if we needed any extra help or advise. Breakfast on the patio included cereal, yoghurt, bread, goats cheese, ham, fruit and cake. The garden and patio with a small outside pool, jacuzzi and sun beds were a welcome treat. Nothing was too much trouble, they even gave us their mobile numbers to contact them if we had any difficulties. Malole and David had thought of everythIng, providing tea and coffee, homemade cookies, cake and extra treats for guests in a communal area.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike! Our only regret was that we’d only booked 4 out of our 10-night holiday at the hotel, we wished we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed our stay so much that we called in on our back to the airport to say goodbye. The word Hotel reflects the high standard of elegance in decor and comfort but is inadequate to capture the relaxed atmosphere, homeliness and hospitality that a real ‘home from home’ experience can provide.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, all really friendly & chilled

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts offering a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Very nice building with a tradicional character.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place and lovely owners who did everything to make us feel at home
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment I arrived, Malole and David made me instantly feel welcome. The country house comes with a lot of tradition and history, being the first Hotel Rural on the island. The location is perfect if you have your own car and want to stay outside the tourist resorts, exploring the amazing variety of landscapes on the island. It is a bit a drive to the closest beach, but the nice pool offers you a refreshing break after a long day. The heart of the wide spread village is a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) away and has some traditional restaurants, offering great local food at amazing prices (Malole will tell you where to go). Breakfast caters to all tastes and can be enjoyed on the patio or inside the covered former courtyard of the main building. For those who want to prepare some quick bite themselves, you can use the big kitchen, which also stocks some nice bottles of wine for purchase.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely atmosphere. Nice old country home. Use of kitchen. Beautiful patio. Friendly knowledgeable owners. Good breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom a little old fashioned
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really loved our stay at Era de la Corte! Everything felt very personal and special! Mannuela was very friendly and gave us many local tips for the island... Our room was taken from a fairytale and the breakfast area felt so homely! We can’t recommend enough this place!
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff/proprietors were extremely pleasant and helpful, the overall atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. The location is very good for going anywhere on the island and is free from the bucket and spade type of tourists. Very few Brits which suited us! (We are British) . The downside was that there were very few places to eat in the evening...beware Sundays! Breakfast was good. The facilities for guests to store, prepare and eat their own food on the premises were very useful.
Cons: There were slight problems at first with the hot water, which were sorted out, and with the internet, although adequate internet was available in the main building. Also we were there in winter and it was cool in the rooms; there was no heating, but I don't remember ever having found anywhere on the Canaries that had heating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy places and to be located in the middle of the island with the people who work and breathe Fuertaventura then Hotel Rural Era de la Corte is the place to stay. You need to have a hire car to explore all the wonderful places, but this hotel is so worth it, because what you get is a warm, relaxing and friendly experience. The hotel is a lovely place to stay, quiet, unassuming, in fact quite Mexican, with a great pool, but what makes this place very special is Malole & David, with their charming, relaxed qualities and inside knowledge of this fine island. If you want to visit amazing places on Fuertaventura that are off the beaten track from the well-trodden tourist path then you’ll find Malole & David’s inside knowledge essential to creating this experience. They made our stay magical, with their low-key relaxed attitude, with their years of experience of running hotels. Within a very short space of time they became our friends. We miss them!!
Cons: We liked everything

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The Star Prestige package is well worth the little extra money
Cons: The two twin beds instead of a full or queen and the bathroom door made a terrible screech when opening and closing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff. Clean Hotel Throughout. Lovely Buffet. Beautiful Beach. Quiet ‘Star Prestige’ Pool Area.
Cons: Gym could have been a little better stocked but this is a very small negative in an otherwise perfect ‘beach hotel’ experience
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food, location.
Cons: A little far from the airport but worth the effort!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location right next to a 3KM long sandy beach. Super friendly staff!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best part of this hotel is the food! It is amazing.Premium drinks, amazing staff and definetely need to book the japanese restaurant which is more than a dinner, it is very entertaining and we laught a lot! I will probably come back.
Cons: I would not recommend for people wanting to have fun at night though...there s not much happening at night and no music by the pool. The place it s very very quitet , mostly german tourist which seems they like it like that! In silence. We had 2 complains during our stay about talking inside our room and we ve been told it was to loud even that it was normal talk and another event by the pool when i was playing music on my phone with 50% volume and some germans complain about it...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed everything, starting with the restaurant and the diversity of the food, moving to the rooms (clean and confortable), the outdoor pools and last but not least it is worth mentioning the hospitality of the staff. Special regards to Moussa, such a kind person. Thank you all for making our stay excellent and memorable!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They hotel was very clean and tidy at all times. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is the reason I chose this hotel, and it was very good.
Cons: The other tourists tend to be older Germans, who in my opinion, were mostly rude and ignorant. The food became a bit repetitive toward the end of the holiday, but that was to be expected. We also went on a road trip to get away from people.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, layout, rooms, service and food were fantastic! Included in the all-inclusive package is the option of eating in the hotel's 8th floor Japanese teppanyaki restaurant - a real treat! The food there was also really good quality!
Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel's spa was closed (except treatments). The spa at the neighbouring Iberostar hotel was open although the front desk was staffed intermittently and the steam room was closed for maintenance. Also, it is nice that the hotel is quiet but even with a car, there's not a lot to do or see in the local area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff, always with smile on their face :) you can feel there really good and you can rest because hotel is only for adults (no children). Delicious kitchen, high quality alcohols, good located near long and one of the most beautifull beach. Place where I want to come back. Thank to all people (workers) who makes this place such unique :)

Iberostar Playa Gaviotas - Jandía - Building
5
9.1 Excellent (2,307 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Pajara hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Matorral Beach and Las Gaviotas beach. Punta Jandía Lighthouse is 1.5 mi (2.4 km) away.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Direct on the beach. Good choice of food. The free entertainment in the evening was very good.
Cons: All pretty minor points. Finding a parking spot for our car was a bit challenging at times. Lines for coffee at breakfast due to these fancy machines. A few pots of good old fashion filter coffee would cut down on some of the traffic.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Food was nice for the first 4 days but the quality went down the road once hotel was fully booked. Very German oriented hotel and the whole attention is for German guests.
Cons: All inclusive package does only include food and a room. You have to pay extra for everything. Only cold outdoor swimming pools and darts are available for free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The proximity to the beach was amazing
Cons: We saw two huge cockroach
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The restaurant offer a lot of choice and animation staff was fantastic.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entertainment team are a credit to hotel, huge effort made by the team every day, with lots of enthusiasm, in particular Manu, Vladimir, Talia, Soto, Mirko and DJ Kennedy, plus rest of entertainment staff and the waiters were brilliant.
Cons: Twin beds and poor Wi-Fi
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was a resort of tremendous scale. There were 3 iberostar there. All bar and restaurant was good. And most staff were friendly and helpful except the female staff who cooked the egg in the morning. I stayed 5 nights and I think it was very comfortable. The beach in front of the resort was perfect for a walk.
Cons: The pool was very cold to swim and there were a lot of older people there. I think the price is not affordable. The food was great, but after 3 days, I was sick of the food so I barely ate them except beer. The unlimited beer was nice for me (all inclusive), but the show at the bar in the evening was a pity. A lot of people left their seats in the middle of the event.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at star prestige rooms and we loved the star prestige swimming pool and view from the room and infinity pool. Beautiful grounds and very relaxing atmosphere, great selection of drinks and snacks for all incl. We loved the beach, it is just a short walk away, amazing location really.
Cons: People smoking around the pool area and on bar terrace, there isn't an area designated for non smokers while the entire outdoor place is for smokers including balconies, so when you open the door in the morning a wave of smoke is the first thing you smell. I was told by the staff this is Spanish law, that in all open space areas it is allowed to smoke. I feel like hotel could definitely have some rooms and areas around the pools for non smokers/people who do not want to breathe smoke all day long. While there is literally huge choice of food, the taste is mediocre at best, food was the weakest link at this hotel. I feel like easy steps could be taken not to have rump stake turned into rubber and chicken completely dried out on thinner side and raw on thicker. The ingredients used were good, but often the food was dried out, burned or raw or meat turned into rubber - also had to put salt and pepper to almost everything to make it edible. This is at total contrast to what we have experienced at other Iberostar hotels, we didn't feel this was good value for money! And I wouldn't be comfortable recommending this hotel for all incl. to my friends.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. Super helpful and friendly staff, delicious food, great location, plenty activities for children.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Reduced use of plastics, for instance they provide a glass bottle of mineral water every day. They don't use single use plastic cups... Wide variety of choices for the buffet.
Cons: Would have been even great to reduce the viennoiseries options and have pizzas instead for breakfast buffet. Not enough power plugs in the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our bedroom had an old worldly decadent feel about it. The room was very spacious, pillows were luxurious and the bathroom was spotless. Planning our return already.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: High quality hotel, felt like a 5 star. Big spacious room and bathroom. Nice pool and sunbeds. Super tasty dinner.
Cons: Was a little far from the beach/main town - they had a free shuttle bus but timings were sometimes quite far apart, taxis were pretty cheap though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff in all areas of the hotel and a big thank you to Pilar (Assistant Manager) and Aneta (Reception) for making sure our stay met with, and exceeded, our expectations. The property is at the centre of a golf course but you do not have to be a golfer to enjoy the setting, the facilities and peaceful ambiance of this hotel. Ideal for couples that want to enjoy good food, relax quietly by the heated pool and experience excellent service. Will definitely be going back again soon.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: No children
Cons: Jugs of coffee at breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the staff, cleanliness and golf course
Cons: Food was very bland and barely any Spanish dishes on menu. Just 2 km away the restaurants were wonderful. Not sure why the hotel couldn’t make proper food. If the resort can make their food better it will be almost unbeatable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We come every year for the golf. The hotel is perfect for this. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. When staying there, I was in an a bit unfortunate situation. Everybody treated me like a friend, a family member, not just a guest who stays for only one night. They offered me a glass of champagne, a super nice salad and a lot of hugs and kisses. What else can I say? Will definitely go back again.
7.5 Good
Pros: The Polish lady on reception was exceptionally nice and helpful.
Cons: The hotel is showing its age, and at breakfast many items ran out, and we were constantly asking for spoons etc.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, courtyard is unique and beautiful. A true 5 star property.
Cons: Having to pay for it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with very attentive staff. Food was excellent. Golf corse was in great shape too

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is good. Very good variety of food options.

Cons: That booking .com booked 2 rooms and wouldn't sort it out the check in lady saw it was an error and only charged me for one

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, pool, bar, tennis courts, reception
Cons: we both had stomach aches after dinner
9.5 Excellent

Cons: Bacon not good & no sausages breakfast !!!! A must !!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy room and excellent balcony. Nice spa with lots of naked Germans
Cons: Repetitive food but overall ok. Not a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The value for money, rooms & beaches
Cons: The only down side was the reception staff who were quite often unhelpful
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is close to Jandia beach which is worth going to - it's one of the nicest in the world and I enjoyed walking along the shoreline (swimming was a bit cold in February). The reception and snack bar staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The pool is heated and, being in the middle of the hotel, somewhat protected from Fuerteventura winds. There is a kettle in the rooms. The hotel is quite small so easy to move around and you immediately know where everything is.
Cons: The images on hotel website or here create an impression that this is much more upscale property than it really is. In reality, it's about 3*. Also it is an old hotel which by now needs a complete refurbishment. The (standard) rooms are tiny. The bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever resulting in high level of humidity - the towels never dried up as a result (and neither were they changed during our stay). The safe in the room did not work. There is nothing at all for children despite us being there in the mid-term holidays. In fact, about 90% of guests seem to be German retirees, and we were almost the only people aged under 40 or with kids so this is not a family hotel by any means. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was OK though nothing to be impressed about. There were not too many many healthy food options for lunch either in the hotel snack bar or in the area with most options being fast food. Finally, there seemed to be some sort of "plasticky" mattress protector (under the sheet), which was quite uncomfortable (never had anything like this in any hotel worldwide).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, how anyone can eat lunch after that beats me!
Cons: One small criticism, the mattresses to the outside pool area could have been stacked away at night. As they were not, they were soaking wet, as it rained in the night on several occasions.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the peace and quiet of the hotel, especially the lack of music around the pool area and not being disturbed by an animation team. We also liked the large area around the pool with plenty of sunbeds.
Cons: We were unable to have breakfast outside as nearly all the tables were occupied by smokers. Also smokers on the adjacent balconies to our room, made sitting on our balcony unpleasant. Is it time to make complete hotels non-smoking?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Great location. Lovely staff. I've been twice now and will be going again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, Food, Rooms, Spa, Pool all 10/10.

Pros: Food outstanding in el ancla . Customer service best we’ve had anywhere .
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The “Royal” package is very pleasant , but it is really annoying having to pay for water at dinner. Water is free at breakfast and it is free at the general buffet, but not at dinner in the royal section restaurant . Trying to make money out of water is simply bad taste.

Casa Alberto - Morro Jable - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
Casa Alberto is centrally located in Pajara, a 4-minute walk from Matorral Beach and a 3-minute drive from Morro Jable Shopping Centre. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, laundry facilities, and a library.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location close to the small “down town” of morro jable and walking distance to the beach. Very nice and modern furniture Great bathroom with modern shower and lots of fresh air
Cons: The bedroom didn’t have any window to the outside. This is really borderline for a rental and should have been made clear in the booking. Upon arrival I would have liked to see if there were any alternatives - with windows - but the reception is only manned for few hours per week (and we were very tired from the travel anyhow). Overall, the rest of the apartment was very dark and had little natural light No views at all from the balcony as we were on the first floor (can’t remember seeing this in our booking). No amenities or soap at all in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach Quiet place Balcony
Cons: Tout était top
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were offered a choice of appartements upon arrival, opted for a more spacious and luminous room. When discovered the safe wasn't working because those who stayed before us forgot to open we were offered to move again to an upper floor, which is always a better view as well as less noise from the street. Kitchen is well furnished and has everything you need. Curtains are doing really good job to protect you from the sunlight in the morning. Bed was just perfectly hard-soft balanced. Natalia is a really nice and helpful host. Totally recommend staying in Casa Alberta and in Morro Jable in general.
Cons: Would be nice to have a classic hotel "do not disturb" sign for the door
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got a beautiful room....the lady on check was beautiful..so polite....110% going back
Cons: Having to leave
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place, location, staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for us a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The amenities were very good, aircon and the outside space. Our host was really friendly and helpful. Gracias
Cons: We won't use booking.com again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay in Morro Jable, the host was very nice to us - she explained us everything in details on the reception. Was easy to get the key as well. Comfortable bed, room was well furnished and modern, small kitchenette with everything you need, close to beach and restaurants, there is a supermarket 500 m away from the casa. Public transport bus stop is 5 mins walking distance.
7.5 Good
Pros: Modern apartment Great view from the balcony
Cons: Reception opening hours are limited - if you want to leave your luggage longer than 2pm at the accommodation on departure day you have an issue. Towels smelled like they were left in the washing machine wet and not hung up in straight after finishing. Fridge smelled weird.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location in front to the beach Full of parking next to the hotel Silent apartaments Staff very friendly and gives good advice about sightseeing Rooms are clean Good with kids, they have sand toys I think great value for money
Cons: Some parts of rooms need renovation, like sofa in main room, iron, but still its very clean, reception desk lady said the will be renovated in few months, so I think will be very good apartments No blender In kitchen no dishwasher detergent, oil, sugar, peper so if you want to cook something you have to buy full and left there.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Jenna's service at reception was perfect. All the staff where lovely and friendly Excellant location and everything on your door step.
Cons: We where very upset with Maryvent after seeing reviews we where happy with our booking. However there was electrical maintainance construction work in the massive garage under our apartment from 8:30am till 4pm. The constant drilling and banging became unberable the whole apartment vibrated leaving us feeling very sick. We loved the apartment and it would of been a perfect appartment to spend our 20th wedding anniversary, large sunny terrace with magnificent views. We had to ask to be moved as we had had enough of the noise after 3 days. We where moved to a higher appartment which was smaller and had a balcony which was in the shade for most of the day but we where grateful to be away from the noise. We couldn't sun bathe from the balcony so had to pay 13.50 euro per day for beach sunbeds. Another apartment also became available but was the balcony was facing a 6 foot brick wall and a car park on the other side you could just about see the beach. This wasn't the sea view we paid extra for. The apartment we moved into C5 was infested with tiny ants all over work services and balcony. We had to eat out as the ants became a problem and we couldn't use the work surfaces, as soon as we removed the ants they where back in droves. We noticed ant killer powder in the cupboard so they where an on going problem. We didn't complain again as we felt it would just ruin our Anniversary more. We where advised the property was closing for a month for refurbishment. It needs it...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is right on the beach. You can just walk onto it. We were there in mid March so it was off season and parking was super close. Staff were nice and friendly. Apartment was clean and quiet.
Cons: WiFi is quite poor. No housekeeping, no towel change during our 3 night stay. Drab old style apartment. Some things need maintenance.. loose faucet/tap, sink stopper faulty. Though the kitchen utencils were good there was no chopping board also no washing-up liquid. (Staying for only a few days it makes sense not to have to go to a store to buy washing up liquid). Didn't get WiFi 1st night as we arrived late and they keep that information in the office for some reason! They keep cleaning mops inside the house in a cupboard in the kitchen and it smells. They should either really clean that or have the cleaners bring them to the apartment when they come to clean.

Pros: Great location for us as it is quiet but has good beaches nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided lots of choice at every meal. They also cater for vegetarians and children in a buffet style set up. They put on a marvellous gala dinner for New Years Eve with complimentary pre dinner drinks and live entertainment. The hotel was kept absolutely spotless.
Cons: The rooms did not have tea and coffee making facilities. However I was able to have a kettle for a €20 refundable deposit. The rooms are comfortable but a little dated.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There was a lot of plants and green areas in the hotel
Cons: Dinner wasn’t perfect and drinks were overpriced
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel built in an Italian style with a stunning reception area with huge coloured glass windows, arboretum, beautiful gardens, etc. etc. The views out to sea and west to Morro Jable and onward to Punto Jandia rate as "World Class". - - - Just Fantastic
Cons: There is only ONE restaurant offering buffet meals. We went for dinner at 9.15pm, walked around the tables twice and neither my companion nor me could find anything to eat. There was NO cold meats, NO cheeses [Fuerteventura known around the World for it's goats cheese], NO entree seafood [a small island in the Atlantic ocean?]. The hot table offered a few pieces of fish in breadcrumbs, one spoonfull of a sad looking beef in sauce and some small pieces of overcooked duck!. NO pork, NO chicken, NO beef. There was so little to eat the chef put a few small fish fillets on the plancha followed by a chicken and vegetable mix that would have been great in a kebab shop. Perhaps the worst buffet meal we have ever come across!! The a la carte restaurant is only open Thursday through Saturday - We stayed the wrong night!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The gardens and pools are magnificent. Plenty of interesting areas to enjoy and partake the beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and tranquil
Cons: We felt the Dining Experience was not satisfactory. Difficult to find a table most nights. The hard working staff were cheerful and did their best due to inadequate staffing. It was quite common for food, cutlery and plates to run out.
7.5 Good
Cons: In the room there is only one socket, if you need an iron you have to go to reception to pick it up and pay a deposit for it. WIFI costs 1Euro a day. Four Stars???
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent. Location is fantastic, beautiful warm ocean for swimming, if you are bored with the swimming pools. There are two of them: with cool and warm water. The bed is big and exceptionally comfy. The staff is nice an very helpful.
Cons: We were very disappointed because the half of the complex, including beautiful Seawater lagoon and fantastic fountains, did not work. Hopefully, it will work later in the season but it was unfortunate surprise for us. Without these facilities the hotel lost its unique point.
7.0 Good
Pros: Ambience - views - surroundings
Cons: Poorly trained staff [wrong order delivery], "black" over cooked bacon, fried eggs cooked on a plancha, detail, detail
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel lovely staff excellent food, however very cut off needed to walk forever to get anywhere or a taxi was required. however would return as could not fault the hotel.
Cons: The pillow arrangement of the bed in the room. Would liked to have seen the no sun bed reservation enforced as people got around the rules. waiter service for pool drinks would have been a nice touch. People letting you down on the dress code.
7.5 Good
Pros: - Great outdoor swimming pools - Cosy rooms with good A/C - Large Restaurant with good selection of food - Location very quite, only short distance to tourist center
Cons: - Spa very cold water, staff didn't seem to want to refund money paid (was refunded after some effort) - Beds are a little hard - when sitting on balcony you can't see the view (had a ocean view room)
6.3 Good
Pros: The property was nice, even though it was a little older than I expected. The food is good but could become repetitive after 5th day.Piano bar was nice but could be a little longer. The shower was really nice with lots of pressure.
Cons: I didn't like that men were forced to wear long dress pants for dinner. Women could wear shorts. Most of staff at the Restaurant should take a course as how to speak to the guests. Some of them behaved & sounded very rude and aggressive. The atmospher very dead and hospital like. Management should do something to lift it up for a happier place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful reception staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean new apartment block, very close to the famous Morro Jable beach, next to Spar where you can buy anything you need. Spacious rooms, large kitchen , all you need from cutlery, many windows, we had some partial sea view from lounge. Lovely staff, good and very friendly, good cleaning.
Cons: Be aware that there is no air conditioner in the apartments. We went in April, so was ok, but if it’s summer - ventilator at the ceiling will not really help. Beds are not very comfortable, there are 2 single beds in bedroom which if even stand together - go apart very easily from minor move. Suggest apartment staff buy double sheets and if request for a double bed - use them across 2 beds helping keep both beds together.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was ideal less than 5 mins walk to beach and although it is central it was quite peaceful and relaxed.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place in old town of Morro Jable. Very close to every important spot in Morro Jable. Close to beach, city center, bus station, groceries,... everything. Accomondation was far by our expectations!
Cons: Ants in kitchen but nothing that we couldnt handle
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Central location,5 min walk to historical town centre with all restaurants and bars and promenade.Facilites were new clean and comfortable.
Cons: On arrival we had problem finding our apartment it was in the basement,it was dark and felt like in dungeon.Outside was construction site, which was extremely loud.we slept in that room for one night,i went to reception and asked for room to be changed to upper floor and one on the other side of the building. Our request was facilitated by Pablo, and we were pleased with our new room.No clean towels for 5 days
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice location. Good size apartment. Nice and clean. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Supermarket 2 min walk. Beach 5 min walk.
Cons: There was only 2 twin beds or a sofa bed. We wanted to sleep together as it was our anniversary one of the days. It's a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Also de fact that they don't even have salt or sugar. If you are going to cook for your self you need even them basics.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Sebastian and Daniela are wonderful hosts. They are very courteous and helpful. The apartment was super clean and very warm. Modern and contemporary feel. Very quiet, yet only 100 metres from a Euro Spar supermarket and 200 metres from the sea front/restaurants. I will recommend these apartments to my friends.
Cons: No condiments or tea/coffee/sugar starter packs for if you arrive late. Recommend that you take some with you. The shower tap button was difficult to function. No shower gel or soap provided but washing up liquid is.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in Morro Jable, 2min walking form the beach. Lots of parking space close to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, pool and solarium if you do not fancy the cold ocean. The appartement has a basic kitchen you can use to cook some dishes and spare some money, if you want to. Nice place, hardly reccomanded.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location but parking can be difficult, they are finishing a basement car park which will improve matters. Easy walk to a perfect beach. Car abandoned on the car park nearby for the 10 days stay. Comfy beds but sheets a bit on the small side, but, they did provide double sheet without our asking, yes we put the single beds together.
Cons: Nothing, would definitely book again!!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Evertyhing was excellent !! Appartament are new, so it's mega "+" in Spain. Very close to the beach and playground, if you are coming with children. The kitchen could be better equip.
Cons: In the kitchen missed basic equipment (you have only 3 plates, 3 forks :-) , etc.

Pros: Fantastic breakfast but facilities for other meals were disappointing for us as vegetarians. Lovely duck pond!
Cons: Gym facility was dated and lacked equipment such as free weights and mats. No air con in the gym.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, close to fantastic beaches, excellent staff
Cons: The swimming pool is just too cold. Impossible to use it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderfully peaceful place with lovely staff.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was sooooo quiet! Never been to a more peaceful hotel. The waiting staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Had to go to a restaurant separate from the hotel to get drinks for by the pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The architecture and ambiance were wonderful. Gardens very beautiful. The peace and beauty of the space were not really conveyed by the photographs online. Food was brilliant both in quality and variety. The 'pod' was beyond our expectations and very private and comfortable. We loved the outdoor hot tub. Most of the staff were cheerful, very competent and friendly. They made us feel very welcome, especially Bernadino when we arrived very late at night.
Cons: One member of staff was a bit grumpy. We made a joke of it.... The 'spare' room had a terrible smell in the en-suite bathroom which invaded the whole space. We would not have wanted to use it. Also, a drop of oil on the bathroom/bedroom door hinges would have made night visits to the bathroom quieter.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and friendly
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff .... super helpful and friendly . Best service ever .. better than a 5* hotel
Cons: Tye sweage smell outside the rooms
4.3 Okay
Pros: Overall, the hotel has a good concept, offering individual houses that are spacious. The staff of the restaurant and breakfast was on a very good level And that's it.
Cons: The location of the hotel just looks at first. The left area of the bungalows is located in close proximity to the treatment plant. All the bungalows from 205 up to 217 and from 305 up to 317 are so close to the plot that besides the sound there is also an unpleasant, odorous smell of faeces at night. In the morning and during the day, the process of processing is not in full swing, and then the scent feels less. Aside from the discomfort of the smell, I think it's hardly healthy to sleep in such proximity to such a type of thing. For me and my family, it was unacceptable to continue our stay after we found this. In this way we were left without the option of sleeping on top of Christmas. Reception staff and management staff behaved very badly and without understanding. If you choose this hotel, however, consider staying in the bungalows from 100 up or maximum to bungalows 206 or 306. It is a pity that this happened.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Unusual but very comfy and large rooms, great breakfast, lots of "chill out" areas
Cons: Sewer smells can be annoying
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The suites are very spacious and private, we had a nice view to the ocean. The dinners were particular good, with very really nice friendly service.
Cons: no lively bar

Pros: Great facilities and a warm and welcoming staff
Cons: Buffet food could be more varied. After 7 days it gets a little tiring. The bodega restaurant had a nice variety every other night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge resorts lots going on loved every minute great for families and small children too
Cons: No food available 10.30am till 12pm so if u miss breakfast you will be waiting!! No where else nearby unless u get a 10min taxi out the resort
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Feeling of spaciousness and very clean and tidy everywhere
Cons: Health and safety very poor Shower went from cool to very hot as other people were using water Tiles on patio very slippy when wet My foot slid away and I fell onto my knee and grazed and cut foot so I could not take advantage of sports facilities
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Second year and I received a great welcome from Josef. I accidentally booked at the apartments but this was resolved and I’m now at the hotel which was what I wanted. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Absolute delight.
Cons: Cicar staff are miserable and very unhelpful. You’re better booking from the airport.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location near the beach was great. Apartment was very cleaned, and cleaned most days of the week. Apartment was secure.
Cons: Lack of car parking space near to apartment. Information on shopping offsite (self-catering requirement)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice food and good service - nice area and we had a great time.
Cons: Taxi to the airport was ordered and confirmed but arrived 30min late - reception didnt really react - we had to tell them twice and second time they finally called the agency and they forgot our order even when confirmed ...so happy in the end we got the flight.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: I felt there could be more sporty clubs and things to do for 6-7 year olds. The club was a little too young and not very exciting.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great classes and some fantastic trainers. Good breakfast, apartment was good, had everything we needed. Apartment is cleaned 5 days a week.
Cons: There was building work on the pool so lots of noise and dust, it would have been good to be notified beforehand or at check in but management took it seriously when we raised it. The cleaners often come very late in the day, sometimes not until 4pm. Not all classes are free, but they are good. The gym is closed every day from 1pm to 3pm and the spa is also closed for a while at 2pm so annoying if it's cloudy or rainy. It would be nice if the gym opened earlier and they had some earlier classes, there is a 15 minute daily session of sun salutations but otherwise your only early morning option is the X WOD at 9am which is chargeable. There is very little within walking distance so you ideally need to hire a car to go to Gran Tarajal for a bigger supermarket and a few local restaurants. Even with all of that we would definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect sports facilities
Cons: TV always on in Restaurant
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff are amazing and make the place very special. The facilities are also top rate. The kids had a great time playing sport and swimming all day long. I would particularly recommend Sean from sharky’s swim school. He was amazing with the kids. They improved so much and thought it was all a big game.
Cons: They were renovating the pool during our stay so half of it was out of action. It would have been better if they had let us know before.

Pros: The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was outstanding (I only had half board) though lunch was available at other cafes in the resort and was reasonably priced and delicious! We got upgraded to a privileged room and it was dreamy!! Would super recommend!
Cons: So much lovely food I think I ate my body weight in food every day!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A lot of services, friendly and professional staff. Nice and quiet location.
Cons: More entertainment like table tennis and pool, only one table for so many ppl is not really enough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We were really surprised at how great this hotel was, we were given a room with a sea view. It's a 2 minute walk from the beach, the hotel was stunning and the room was really impressive. The staff were generally quite nice although there was one grumpy waiter...You'll find that the atmosphere is really calm quiet and relaxed, for a chilled break this hotel is ideal. It might be a but further south but if you wander for 15 minutes up the road you'll find shops and restaurants for a change of scene. There was a fancy shopping mall near but we didn't visit, just wanted to make the most of the hotel!

Cons: TV had poor signal on English channels but we didn’t watch much tv so it wasn’t a problem.

Pros: Lovely resort , spotless
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the happy atmosphere, the friendly and very professional staff and obviously the 24h All-inclusive package.
Cons: People leaving sun loungers with towels on them and not using them. There should be a time limit you can leave a towel on without being attended as amy family and friends had to sit away from the pool on the grass, while many sun loungers were unattended with just a towel on. This happened 2 days in a row. Also the pillows in the room were not too comfortable.

Pros: beds are super comfortable great surroundings well laid out very nice
Cons: dinner was not the best some of the meat dishes where fatty or dry
4.5 Okay
Pros: The pools were nice, well the middle pool which is heated . Animation team were amazing can’t fault
Cons: The reception staff were rude. Whole family had stomach bug for 3/4 days , when we told the reception staff they didn’t care . The bug or food poisoning was going around quite a few guest were also ill including one entertainment team member Fly’s every where especially in the snack bar by the pool and around the sun bed was awful . Beds were never changed in 9 days never enough towels had to go to reception 5 times. The pool area was dirty Bins were always over following . Food was very repetitive and fly’s in dining area . Location of the hotel is not great shopping centre next door with about 7 shops Harbour a good 20min walk but hardly nothing there . Not a lot to do at all . Queues to get a drink we’re very annoying. No water in ur room when arrived . When u check out they want to take ur all inclusive bands away at 12 even if you have a late flight .... even if you didn’t check in till very late the first day .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location for us as a family was excellent, quiet area with a beautiful white sandy beach just outside the back door, the water was crystal clear and at good temperature. We were here for the last week of May and it was a little breezy but nothing like any of the other canary islands. The hotel itself was very nice, 3 great pools, kids well catered for, the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The All Inclusive option is well worth it, good selection to cater for everyone and the drinks included a large amount of branded products that we'd be familiar with in Ireland. Kids mini club was set up well and my daughter really enjoyed her time in it.
Cons: A few things that we didn't like and it was really down to hotel managed not having enough staff. It wouldn't deter me from booking it again but the management need to address it as everything else was very good. The kids club didn't have enough staff, one lady looking after about 13 kids, just not enough. They didn't have enough pool towels, everyday we went for a change of towels and they were either all gone or not arrived yet, either way it was not good enough. In the restaurant, once the doors opened the fresh meat was normally never ready, so we had to queue for it and once ready it was gone immediately and so we had to wait again. But really that was it and I would be hoping that once it gets busy more staff will be working.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and the food was exceptional. A huge thanks to all.
Cons: Queues at the bar!

Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Had to wait too long for our room, when finally got the keys room had things missing, asked speak with manager but fell on deaf ears, restaurant at meal times was far too busy, perhaps we were just unlucky!

Pros: The facilities were second to none. The bar and restaurant staff were fantastic especially Yubi,Reynaldo, and Andres in the lobby bar.
Cons: The room wasn’t properly cleaned on a couple of occasions.
