Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and the large pool area, which is accessible until late. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, including reports of pests and dirty linens, as well as negative experiences with customer service. While some rooms are described as comfortable and well-equipped, maintenance and attention to detail are lacking in several areas. Overall, the hotel offers good value and amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
