A good clean hotel for the money.
Shower had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. This is a common mistake at many hotels as the bottles are the same shape.
Bathroom was pretty rough, the tile was separated from the wall, and it looked like something was growing there. It has a great location, but needs some upgrading.
The fridge and microwave.
Did not seem very clean. It was okay for the price.
The bathroom was the worst, old, missing tiles, roof falling, had to hold down the handle on the toilet, dirty walls. The smell was bad to as if it was a smoking room, but for the sake of now not a smoking room.Even for the less expensive price tag, not worth it. Go two more blocks to Caliente Tropics.
It's quirkiness and design
They didn't tell us when check out time was and we thought it was12 not 11
great huge swimming pool
The rooms A/C Temp knob was not working properly (I let staff know when I checked out) and it was 106 outside in Palm Springs, CAI usually stay here & get the same room when I stay, but chose a different room this stay, & A/C was not great. Otherwise my stays in the past were great. I used the outside pool/spa area & was very impressed. Rooms vary in updated decor.
The staff was amazingly nice and accomodating. The rooms were BIG and clean.
The pool is tiny. But that is not why I stayed there. The staff was amazingly nice and accomodating. They went out of their way to help and put small touches in the room like turn down service, toothpaste, coffee, hair dryer, free internet, ample parking, etc. I had to stay and extra 2 days in Palm Springs on a pinch, and did not have a large budget. Their hotel was by far the most inexpensive. I totally expected a hole in the wall dive. Instead, I got a huge room, with a full refrigerator and small stove and oven. It was a mini suite, and though it was not Caesar's palace luxury, it was very nice, clean, and not run down at all. It is conveniently located in town and easily accessible to the main strips (Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon). I would totally stay there again. HANDS DOWN!
It had a nice pool
I waited 15 minutes in the lobby and no one came by to check me in.Worst place I've ever stayed. I've booked several rooms on Priceline, and never had such a bad experience.
Amenities such as microwave, cable tv., and 4 burner stove, as well as refrigerator.
Need more time to decide.Like I said, it has all the modern conveniences of home, stove, cable television, microwave. It is the kind of place you can bring your family members in, or the chick you will marry, and she can prepare some dishes on the stovetop or microwave. Just think, cheap, motel accommodations, where your female or yourself can cook things like okra, gumbo, hamburgers, cornbread dressing, anything your Black family likes!
