One of the Front desk Manager, Mr Carlos. Very unfriendly and ego!
We had a family room for four persons. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was modern. The beds was really nice and we slept well. We couldn´t hear any neighbour so the walls was thick I suppose.
We think that contintental breakfast was poor, it was only something to drink, coffee, tee, hot chocolate or juice. Then we got a bit of a pain riche and some croissants. The price was 70 euros per person. The american buffé breakfast was to expensive as it costed 140 euros per person and it wasn´t a large buffé
we liked the quiet residential neighborhood and nearby restaurants.
the kids bed had a huge dip in it due to some missing supports. An air conditioner leak soaked the carpet and created a flood in the bath for two nights til we were moved to another room where the air conditioning did not work at all until we again complained at which point it was fixed and we were comfortable for the rest of the stay.
I licked very much but there should be an internet for our use, not just wireless.
its location in a quiet area and just down the road from the metro which takes you everywhere in paris.
everything was fine it was a nice small hotel.perfect for a business person or a yoong couple like us who were on honeymoon would recccomend it.
Nice area in Paris, friendly, helpful staff, close to Metro.
Breakfast not good, with little variety. Room small and not very modern.
The personnel was nice and helpful
Loved the huge bed, was very comfortabe.
Both found that for reading, the lighting was poor.
