Did not have breakfast The staff very helpful and courteous . ( Furnished me with an umbrella) Excellent shower! Could have a little more space around the bed!
The location of the hotel was great. I thought that the staff was incredibly (above and beyond) helpful and positive; considering the time of the trip (the fact that it was during new years and the transportation strikes were still going on). They helped us with booking some attractions, also taxi's when we needed them etc. It was a small boutique hotel, which can sometimes mean that as a guest of a small hotel, you should not expect a five star/big chain hotel experience but I didn't feel like anything was lacking. The room was very clean, comfortable, luxurious and fully stocked. Also, small comforts that are actually very important for me were thought of; for example; the heating was working great in the middle of winter which is sometimes suspect in old buildings in Europe, the water pressure and temperature was great, the room had a nice pair of slippers (which most big hotels try to economize by making you ask for them)...etc. We did not have breakfast, but our friends said the breakfast was also good. So overall it was a great experience, I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
My only note, which is not the hotels fault per se but still worth mentioning, our room was too small, so small that the previous small rooms I had to stay in around the world doesn't even compare. Our friends' room was much bigger with better amenities (for example; they had an expresso machine, we didn't, but I am guessing its because they didn't have any room to fit it in) So any future guests should know that some rooms in the hotel, are too small for two people to be comfortable in, but great if you want extremely cosy :)
The hotel is beautifully designed. We were initially in a room which was nice but really too small, I think many of their rooms are a bit small, but then we upgraded to a bigger room and that was really nice, I was sorry they didn't have it available when we arrived. All and all it was very nice but only once we moved to the bigger room. The staff were very friendly.
They don't have a restaurant, room service is in essence delivery from the neighboring restaurants and it is only until 23.30.
Great location and very welcoming staff
Beautiful hotel - extremely well decorated and extremely very pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable. They have thought of every amenity. It felt very luxurious.
The location was a bit removed from shops and restaurants and an extra few blocks from the Champs Elysee than I had originally thought. Absolutely everything else was fantastic.

This area is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and more.
