Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, with easy access to metro stations, restaurants, and major attractions. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made efforts to accommodate guests' needs. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes were often described as small and cramped, and amenities such as air conditioning, elevators, and in-room facilities received criticism for being inadequate or inconvenient. Despite these drawbacks, the value for the location and service was seen as a positive aspect by many guests.
