The homes are owned by individuals who rent them out to guests ranging in square footage from the 2,850 square foot Pirate House to the Sanctuary featuring an 8,947 square foot main house with two guest villas. The rooms have been renovated to be bright and fresh.

Along with a fitness center, guests can take advantage of a spa and wellness center, a heated pool, an infinity pool, locker rooms, and personal trainers. Other amenities include beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and loungers as well as beach towels for guests to enjoy the resorts sandy beaches.
