Pros (+) A slight upgrade from a basic "motor inn." Clean, big screen TV. Many restaurants nearby - nicer ones on Lake, and on Colorado past Lake. Convenient to where I needed to be. Free, reliable WiFi.
Cons (-) Older hotel, small maintenance issues. No closet space.
