9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding! The food exceeded our expectation. The pool was nice and we enjoyed playing the games they had on site. The hotel atmosphere exceeded our expectation as well.
Cons: Our toilet didn't work. Thankfully my husband is a plumber and he made it work for the night we were there. I let the lady at the front desk know & she was very kind and apologetic. There was a yappy dog somewhere near our room that wouldn't shut up. Also, a total mishap with the fire alarm that went off four times during the night (not anything the staff could do about that)
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the bistro was nice.
Cons: The fire alarm kept going off during the night. We couldn’t get any sleep. They were only able to refund up to 20 dollars for the inconvenience. I felt they should of done more.
7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the service, the breakfast and accommodations.
Cons: Lots of freeway noise. I liked my stay as The Oxford is my favorite hotel chain. The hotel was by far the least nicest Oxford hotel I have stayed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room
Cons: Remote in room was worn out. Not all the buttons worked. Expected a bit larger room for a “suite”
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very comfortable and EXCELLENT Staff! We liked EVERYTHING!
Cons: Not one thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and competent. Room was excellent with enough beds for all of us. Breakfast was wonderful!! Eggs cooked exactly as requested.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Evening salad bar offering was too limited on the additions/ supplements for the salad.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location!!!
Cons: Rooms were small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free Soup and salad bar in the evening, along with 2 drink tickets per adult. Nice surprise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, quiet and the staff was amazing. We came for bike week and found motorcycle parking, a bike wash with all needed to wash a bike. Free shuttle service. Front counter staff helped us find an awesome Thai restaurant. Cookies on a platter when we came through the door. Fantastic breakfast in the morning. Most hotels have horrible breakfast fare. We loved the Bistro. It was really a positive experience. Once we know dates for bike week next year, we're booking at Oxford. Please tell the staff they were always wonderful.
Cons: Leaving!
7.5 Good
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was varied, some good some not. Plenty of choices. Reception staff very helpful.
Cons: Our room faced a freeway on ramp and the noise level was a problem with sleep and just relaxing in room. Will definitely require a room on front of hotel if stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service, kid friendly, great pool.

Cons: Too close to highway
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Free soup (2 kinds) and cookies on arrival. Clean room. Breakfast.
Cons: Exterior glass doors needed cleaning. Perhaps lock exterior doors so that only guests can enter with their keys (for better security).
7.5 Good
Cons: Fox News on in breakfast room. Hysterical right-wing propaganda masquerading as news. I won’t stay again anywhere that plays Fox. It is abhorrent and definitely not mainstream. Very offensive to us and a majority of Americans.

Cons: Not having an elevator. We should have been told that when booking. 4 other people said the same thing as I was passing them in the hall way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that there was a good variety of food. I would have been happier if there was potatoes available on both days. We tend to sleep in it so by the time we got to breakfast both days there was no potatoes to be found.

4.2 Okay
Pros: The hotel is close to the highway and was clean.

8.8 Excellent
Cons: Hampton Inn is competitively priced with equivalent hotels, however we are retired and on fixed income and the rate is too high for our use more than absolutely necessary. We find that to replace U.S.A. road tripe we are financially more capable to cruise on luxury liners at $100.00 per night per person which includes food available 24 hours per day, live entertainment and movies, television, games and our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Size of room, bedding, shower, breakfast, view out window - beautiful sunset
10.0 Excellent

Friday night it was very loud, it was 10 PM at night and someone was yelling in hallway as they walked to their room then as they went back out to their car and back to their room again. 2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room and overall facility was clean & tidy. I believe the owners are working hard and doing their best to make the facility accommodating for visitors. Might have been okay for one night without a pet. Breakfast was okay, but limited.
Cons: Nowhere for a pet to 'potty'. A depressed neighborhood. Loud trains several times during the night. We had to open an outside door with a key to enter an inside lobby to a room that required another key. Really an inconvenience when carrying luggage.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk guy was nice. But told me that because I reserved the room with two beds he was unable to change price when we got a room with one bed. The room stunk so bad. Thank goodness I had a candle. I was given the option on reservation of a smoking room. When we checked in we were laughed at. Take it off if it's not an option!! I will not come here again.

Pros: Most of all: The desk clerk, Amanda, had a terrific attitude. She helped me get the baggage cart through the door several times without asking or hesitating. She also gave us written directions to the wool mill. The nearly empty restaurant was a pleasant surprise: The prime rib special was excellent. Room 319 was comfy and clean, and had a nice view.
Cons: The freezer/fridge buzzed so loudly we had to unplug it. The late night desk clerk had no idea of what to do about it. I am buying a portable car freezer to avoid the problem in the future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the bed super comfortable and clean. I love it.
Cons: The vending machine needs stocking. There should be Lounge chairs in balcony.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was right off the freeway easy to find
Cons: When you open the microwave and find it dirty it makes you wonder how well they clean. The pool needed work there were big patches where it was peeling and chipping just did not look very inviting to swim in it. And it was very hot out.

2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was bananas and coffee. Staff was clearly high on meth. Woke up to a man dumpster diving outside.
Cons: I was literally scared. Had to clean my own room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were great.
Cons: I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, but if I cared much I could have asked for help and I'm sure the staff would have shown me how to do it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at this motel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They are obviously in the process of repairing and repainting the rooms and while old, things were clean and functioning properly.
Cons: newer furnishings, card key locks were a bit finicky
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a nice, clean, quite place. Easy to get to,easy to get back on 84
6.3 Good
Pros: Managers were nice
Cons: Carpet was stained, sink was plugged, no wash cloths, maid never came, bathroom floor grout was loose, visible dirt on bathroom floor and sink, curtain never shut all the way, 1 key card never worked and the other stopped working last day of stay.
5.4 Okay
Pros: We were able to park directly outside our room and that was good because we are snowbirds travelling with a full vehicle and could move valuable items into the room conveniently. The bed was very comfortable. The parking area was tidy. We didn't explore around the adjacent area so can't make any comment though we didn't have a great impression about the surroundings when we arrived.
Cons: The room was booked for two but had only one Styrofoam coffee cup, one facecloth, one hand towel (we didn't ask for more, but probably could have). The Manager was pleasant but told us she'd solved a double booking in our name and not to worry (we weren't since we had printed all the details). The room was small though the bathroom had a large counter which was convenient. The coffee pot wasn't clean. The price seems high but perhaps not for the competitive prices in Pendleton. The room is dated and on the small side. The motel wasn't near our travelling route and was in an older area of town but quiet overnight. Power plugs weren't located conveniently and we had to select which existing items to plug in, let alone what we wanted to plug in... we carry a multi head adaptor when travelling to resolve this problem.
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: In middle of repairs...

Pros: Location. It is close to the Round Up grounds. Pet friendly.
Cons: Felt as though sandals were needed to walk across the floors because they seemed sticky with dirt and grime. Neighbors, all around, were extremely noisy!!! There were folks picking through the garbage dumpsters outside the hotel. There was a clothes hanger holding one of the bathroom windows closed. Cut marks all throughout the top part of the comforter as if someone took a knife to it. The sign does not say Pendleton Inn on the outside of the building. Which is what I drove around for 20 minutes looking for. Had another night needed to be spent in Pendleton, I'd have found another hotel.

Pros: Generally clean , no hassle check in or out, good location.

Pros: The location was excellent, we grabbed this room for the Pendleton round up as we didn't know how fast the city gets sold out. We were 9 blocks away and able to walk back from round up, so convenient. We took the trolley to the rodeo and that also was a nice piece of our visit. The room was very clean and check in/check out was great. The provide a wonderful breakfast for guests each morning. We would stay here again.

Pros: The price was decent, and the breakfast was also. The outdoor pool was ok although small and really chilly for the middle of August. The staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: There was garbage in one of the drawers, some dirt on top of one of the beds, and they only stocked 2 sets of towels for a family of five. We had to ask for more towels and the pool key.

Cons: The rooms weren’t clean. Lamps unplugged phone unplugged the bathroom curtain had mold.

Pros: Price
Cons: We reserved 2 rooms. One was a family room with 2 queens and a set of bunks. THEY GAVE AWAY OUR RESERVED FAMILY ROOM AND REPLACED IT WITH A DOUBLE QUEEN. HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN AND NOT HAVE ME BE ANGRY? Arrrgh!

Pros: The price and local only
Cons: The owner was rude to my son and daughter. The last visit last month was exceptional on all levels. She Angelica was the best hostess ever then we found out she was no longer with the company as of the day before we arrived she was let go. I am sorry for that but customer service Mr Owner is important. You can not raise your voice or belittle a child who is 12. Or a guest in your establishment. They may write a review

Pros: The room and motel were adequate. For a one night stay while you are on the road and just need a place to sleep, this place is OK, that's about it. At least there was no hidden surprise "resort fee" on this one.

Pros: Our bed was big and comfy, had an extra blanket but not already on the bed. I liked that because its summer and didn't have to remove from bed before sleeping. their complimentary breakfast was great, a nice variety so you could switch up and not eat the same thing for 4 days. very clean. staff was also very pleasant.
Cons: I wish the pool were outside instead and only 1 jet was working on the hot tub.

Cons: I reserved a deluxe king suite for 2 nights for my 18th wedding anniversary. When we got there to check in they put us in a regular suite not the deluxe suite with the jaccuzi tub! When I complained I was told that they only have one deluxe suite and it had been rented the night before we got there and wouldn't be vacant again for another 3 days. When I asked for a refund I was told that it would have to be mailed to me and they could only refund half of the price! And now almost 2 weeks later I still have not received the check!!!
