Super comfortable beds, the room was large and clean. The water was out for the first several hours after we checked in due to a leak.
Very clean and new Wish the pool and hot tub were bigger and warmer

Free breakfast with locally made bagels was very good. Staff were friendly and the location was convenient. There was a lot of restaurants, the Outlet Trail and downtown within walking distance too. None
Very friendly, courteous staff and an exceptionally clean hotel!
We paid for a room for our daughter for her anniversary and they loved the place and the room - staff were exceptionally nice. Not really
Its was what I expect from Best Western. Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. No
This was the perfect hotel for our needs. Affordable, clean, much larger room than usual, and most of all dog friendly! Most of the dog friendly options are out dated and not as clean, but my hubby, dog, and myself were all equally happy :)
Dog friendly, good breakfast. Wonderful location. Cold hottub.

This hotel was super clean and the staff was so nice! Also, the location was close to the wineries.
Outstanding staff, very courteous and helpful. Upon returning home, I realized I left my phone charger in our room. The desk staff person had it mailed to me and I received it in a few days which was very much appreciated!
Convenient location to finger lake activities. Asked for an hour extension to check out and was told that was not possible. Have never had that refused before.
The room was very spacious so was the bathroom. Customer service was great at the front desk and at the restaurant. The view would of bee pretty but there was construction going on but it was still nice to look out to the lake during the sunset. My husband and I were very happy. If the bathroom had a fan.
Excellent location Good value Decent restaurant
Location Very old facilities
Beds were comfortable. Pool was a huge disappointment! It looked like an oversize hot tub. Room still wasn't cleaned by 3pm. Had to go ask for clean towels. Thought we had read there was a continental breakfast but there was nothing.
Great location. Nice facilities.
Great value for location. Water for tea was always Luke warm, never hot. Staff seemed a bit confused or absent at times.
Loved the View of Seneca Lake from the Room & the Proximity to daughters College. Also can walk to downtown & along the lake as their constructing a new walkway which will be lovely when finished. The Room stated two Queen Beds, these were not Queen they were Double. The mattress was so sunken & broken down that we had to sleep with a pillow between us so we would stop rolling into each other! The beds are too small for two adults & our sleep was terrible which is the most important aspect for me when choosing a place to stay. Otherwise it would have gotten a higher rating. Also Bathroom floors need a deeper cleaning.
This is one of those hotels where, if you're not expecting everything luxury, you'll be quite happy. The rooms are clean and well-lit. You won't get double sinks and acres of counter space in the bathroom, but the shower is nice. The toiletries supplied are basic, but they work! (If you absolutely require top of the line toiletries, bring your own!) And the rough towels are a bonus: they'll exfoliate as you dry off. Save money on the hotel room and skips the next spa appointment! Win-win. I liked the room decor and the lighting in the rooms as well. Very comfortable reception area, too. It's not right in the heart of town, but close enough. The breakfasts at most mid range hotels are limited and getting skimpier. If they haven't recently purchased fresh fruit, you'll be presented with a bowl of desiccated oranges. Otherwise, you'll get just above bad bagels, barely drinkable coffee, an array of cereals to cause blood sugar spikes & plunges and nothing hot (not really even the coffee.) You can make do with yogurt, english muffin and ???? If you're on a budget, you'll stay alive doing this. If you have a bit of extra cash, try Opus downtown where the coffee is fantastic and the breakfast foods are fulfilling and delicious.
The continental breakfast was about the best I have experienced at a hotel.
I contacted the front desk proud to our 5+ hr drive. They knew who I was and said they would be open 24 hrs so whenever we arrived our room was ready. When we finally checked on I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, clean room waiting. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and CLEAN. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping was excellent. I think the only thing I didn't like was there was no indoor pool lol. Other than that we would be more than happy to stay again
Clean, Cost, In town. Better than some of the other places I stayed. The outside and around the building was not all that inviting. Noise from the floor above kept me awake.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable at a great price.
Clean, modern room A little small.
was very clean and great service
Staff was less than friendly at original attempt to check in about 2:15. Told rooms not ready until later because they were so busy with four wedding parties. When I did come back to check in about 3:30 they had plenty of rooms but also a long line checking in. Took a half hour to get to check in. Only one person on the desk despite knowing they were going to be busy. Breakfast was ok, but again the staff was not really friendly
While the rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel is very dated. The carpet in the hallways are dirty and need to be replaced. Kitchen floor can use some updating. Dents in the public doors show stress. Feels old and needs of an update. Wait staff was nice Only there for one night. The front desk wanted to make us pay more. There was a big discussion about my reservations. Then I showed them my documents and we were shown our rooms. The next morning the same issue came up again about the reservations.
The place is absolutely beautiful and situated on lake Seneca. We were there in the fall and the colors around the lake made a stunning view from our window. The staff couldn't be more accommodating from the bellman to the manager. Five star all the way!
Unique setting with excellent dinner No elevators
Staff and grounds are amazing, as was the food quality and service. Can't say enough about the staff - just top-notch. And the hsitory behind the hotel is cool. Rooms are a little dated but that was part of the charm. Will definitely go back.
Great VIEWS!! Free bike rental and boat ride exceeded expectations!
Quiet, comfortable and elegant The food was great. The wait service was a bit on the inexperienced side. The piano music was not that pleasant
Resort status Overpriced Spent/old needs renovation everything outdated, furniture , appliances, pool etc
Location Rooms need a renovation.
The staff is outstanding. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They were also down to earth and treated us like family friend rather than just a guest. Carpets in the hallway were a little dated. Parking is a little tight.
The grounds and their placement on the lake. The room was small, so two people were a tight squeeze.
Big bed, clean sheets and towels, no nonsense accommodations for half the cost. A good selection of television channels and free Wi-Fi. It did not feel like being at a cheap hotel. it was a solid deal
Clerk that checked myself and others Tuesday evening , Aug. 11, was excellent. Later on that evening she solved two guests problems on WiFi. breakfast not good and area too small.
Clean room. Nice staff
Hotel was fair for the price...it was quiet, could not hear people in the next room which was nice...staff was kind... Hotel was old and needed updating...continental breakfast was sparse....not much food to begin your day with...although the waffle maker was nice...
