The BBQ/sitting area was beautiful. Right next to the pool so you can watch your little ones play while you relax under a canopy.
Pros: The staff was amazing. Very friendly right from the beginning to me and my daughter. The common area is fantastic way to bring fellow vacationers together and have a good time, when usually people tend to stick to their own thing.
Pros: Close to park and lake. Full kitchen. Quiet location. I was there on business but I'd take my family there on holiday next summer, especially with new pool and courtyard complete.
Cons: Pool under construction off season, but only during day while away.
Great motel for families, close to beach and other amenities at a reasonable price. Older, but clean and well-cared for rooms.
Pros: Great location, quiet, friendly
Cons: Could hear people walking around in room above.
Pros: Fantastic visit! Great location and the kitchenette has the array of kitchen tools one actually uses! Walking distance to the Channel, for a float, and close to Okanagan Lake beach. A 10 min drive to Skaha Lake beach and close to a great running path
Overall a good trip!! The common areas and owners are really nice! Very handy to have a full kitchen, rooms are almost set up like little apartments. They were very clean! Location was great! We were up there to do some beer and wine tastings and didn't have to drive anywhere, we were able to walk the whole time. There is quite a few places to eat in walking distance as well as some pubs/clubs. The lake is stunning and at your doorstep. The channel as well as adventure park are across the street and beside the SS Sicimus marine museum. Lots to do nearby or if u want to do nothing grab a chair at the pool. Awesome either way!
Pros: Pool and BBQ area was great! Location was perfect, close to everything and just off both the lake and channel. Owners were very friendly and accomadating.
Cons: The beds could have been a little softer with a few more pillows (they were available if requested though)

Pros: Served our needs well. Front desk lent us a toaster, which helped us for breakfast! The pool was a godsend, since it was in the high 30s the whole time.
Cons: We had to keep the bikes in the room for safety, so it was quite cramped. Staff did not always replace items when they cleaned, so we had to ask for tea and sugar.
Cons: price a bit high considering better hotels' prices not much more
It was as advertised, close to skaha lake, pool and bbq, rooms were clean and air conditioned. Could use some updating, but all in all a positive experience. Priceline should note that there is no opportunity to input 'special needs' on your web page.(ie: problem with stairs etc.)
Pros: Clean and reasonable
Cons: Parking spaces are limited and small

Cons: Was like an oven when we walked in. No choice of thin or thick pillow. Parking was exteemly tight
Pros: Ground level court yard access. Nice to get fresh air into the room, and be able to wander around outdoors, even in the winter!
Cons: Was sorry that the central station pub was closed for renovations
Pros: We had 2 patios off of our room which was nice to have our meals at.
Cons: The room did not have a microwave which I was surprised, we used the fridge and made food which worked well with a fridge.
Pros: Pool & Hot tub were nice. Patio & Courtyard were good too. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Cleanliness/housekeeping could be improved. Microwave has to be rented.
Meets a three star rating.
Pros: Excellent location to convention centre and arena. Restaurant at location.
Cons: The main door to the room needs adjustment.
Pros: We were satisfied with the room and amenities in it.
Cons: The restaurant is not good and the coffee we had for breakfast was really awful. One would think that the Ramada could provide coffee of excellent quality in this day and age. Free doesn't cut it - we'd gladly pay for a great cup of coffee!
Pros: The location was near the beach.Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was nice and clean.
Cons: The general finish in the room (tile, paint, wallpaper) was lower than the price suggested.
Pros: the location to areas we where interested in, the grounds where well kept
Cons: the table lamp was out and I noticed the cord was unplugged so I moved the bed to plug it back in it was very dirty under the bed
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were friendly.
Cons: I did not realize that I would be charged in American dollars until after I booked the hotel. I am going through treatment for Breast Cancer and really needed to get away for a small holiday. I was happy to be able to have a week end away.
Pros: Kettle Valley Station Pub has excellent food. The property is kept up nicely. Beautiful property.
Cons: Too many screaming kids in the pool unsupervised and we waited for over 2 hours to get into the hot tub due to the 14 kids who wouldn't make room for new guests and no parents in sight. We left without taking a dip.
Pros: Awesome room, view, balcony, clean
Pros: The staff were nice and the room comfortable. I felt safe and I'd stay there again.

I paid more for this place than I did on any of my previous stays for this trip. The only saving thing was the proprietors were very friendly.
Pros: They were willing to stay open until we got there
Cons: I have no idea how they possibly received a 2-star rating. We had a room that was less than a Motel 6, it equaled a mom-and-pop along an out-of-way motel.

Pros: The suite had two separate bedrooms, meaning one guest did not have to pass thtough the other sleeping area to reach the bathroom. There is a guest laundry, which we used.
Pros: Nothing, room was dirty, bedding not changed. When I turned back the sheets you could see they had not been changed. There was hair on the sheets. Bathroom had used soap and shampoo in it. There was no new soap bar. There was a used juice container in thse sink. I was not able to speak to the front desk as they had closed for the eveing. Very disappointed. The web site pictures show a resort style hotel, however, this is not factual. The web site is very misleading.
Pros: The location was great and the noise from the street was not noticeable When you could find staff some were helpfull
Cons: The staff were poorly trained on the knowledge of there city and could not fill requests for basic needs
Pros: Close to the beach and very reasonable. My first trip to Penticton and if I return I would definitely book with Tiki shores.
Pros: Location! Beautiful beach across the street. Outdoor pool/barbeque. Walking distance to good restaraunts/casino. Bicycle and boat rentals nearby.
Cons: Short-staffed on cleaning - so dirty floor when we checked-in.

Pros: The location was highly convenient to everything; across the street from the great beach on Lake Okanagan as well as near shops, restaurants and great kids' activities. Also, relative to Penticton beachfront summer prices our one bedroom suite with full kitchen facilities was a good value for the money. Moreover, Paul, a staff member, was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful as he seemingly ran all over the property in an effort to do everything for everyone and oversee staff.
Cons: Having worked extensively in the hospitality industry myself when younger, I tend to be empathetic but - unfortunately - the woman who checked us in was the polar opposite of Paul in terms of being rude, acerbic and condescending. It started when I was confused about the credit card intake machine as I am American and not used to the chip system now apparently standard with Canadian credit cards. Accordingly, I was reprimanded for withdrawing my card too soon. I think she had had a rough day, but that is not an excuse. Paul stepped forward and seemingly tried to offset the unpleasantness.
Also, the bed was a roller bed and not very comfortable and, while the suite did have AC, it was inadequate relative to the space of the unit as the cool air did not reach the bedroom. The first two days were much warmer than average but still. Overall, I will rate this a 3 star due to the relatively solid value that $80 U.S. a night represents for the time of year and location - otherwise it would be a 2.

Pros: A great place to stay, excellent and friendly staff. Great rate on short notice and really made for a pleasant trip.

Pros: nice size room

Pros: everything was great.
Pros: Rooms were clean
Cons: As a hockey team travelling, we used the breakfast room to serve pizza for team and gather as adults - continually harassed to leave the room even tho it was early inn evening - 730pm - same behaviour nite before. No reason given.
Pros: Very good helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit sparse.
Pros: The room had a great patio that looked into an inner courtyard with trees, grass, splash park and pool. Really nice.
Cons: The shower faucet is way too low.
Pros: Good location. Nice facilities.
Cons: The rooms were a little dark. More light would help.
Pros: Loved the size of the room; and having a back door to the pool.
Cons: We had people with children above us so a lot of banging, crying. Also, pool area needs more chairs and the water was ice cold.
