Big and comfortable bed - slept so well. Excellent amenities (with tea and coffee available at any time)! Very good breakfast. Decent bikes are available upon request.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
Pros: Beautiful location and lovely host
Cons: Rather hard to find but that’s probably my sat nav!
Located in Belleme, Le Haut-Val résidence is within a 15-minute walk of Saint Sauveur Church and Fountain of Belleme. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Pleasant location, welcoming saff speaking perfect English, nice rural surroundings and village. You can really feel there how amazing La Perche is! 5 stars, we had a great time there!
Pros: Lovely setting, showing wear and tear but acceptable.
Cons: Studio flats are very small
Pros: Very peaceful location and spacious studio apartment
Cons: The over bearing plug in room fragrance to cover up where smokers had been. Kitchen drawer wasn't that clean, bathroom was dimly lit and toilet loosely fixed to the wall. A lump of melted cancdle wax should of been removed with some old broucheres left by people before.
Pros: The room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable and clean
Cons: We was put in a studio with out no terrace or balcony for the weekend and it was when I mentioned it on the monday that we was offered in our itinerary a terrace or balcony then we was moved to a room with a nice terrace we was very dissapointed when we arrived
Pros: Clean, well presented, spacious, everything you could want - even for an overnight stay on our way to Brittany.
Cons: Nothing, all great
Pros: Basic, uncomplicated stay. Good wi-fi access.
Cons: Closet was full of mould, mouldy smell spreading to the all apartment. No oven , limited privacy , curtains barely covering windows for a ground floor flat .Other residents parked their car all around the apartment including one raving and fixing her engine under our window (?!!)
Pros: The apartment is comfortable, equipped, spacious and warm. The place is quiet.
Cons: Cleaning the floor could be better.
Pros: Very peaceful, quiet and picturesque. We had plenty of room in our apartment within walking distance of a bar, restaurant and fantastic golf course. We took a cart and enjoyed a challenging course, we even took a break and went back to our apartment for lunch half way through.
Cons: That we didn’t have an oven after buying frozen pizza for dinner and google trying to take us along narrow lanes instead of the easy main road.
Pros: Good sized apartment with nice bathroom with shower, comfy bed
Cons: You need to head for the Golf resort to find the properties
Pros: The Haut Val is situated in a quiet and beautiful spot within easy walking access to lovely Belleme town.
Cons: Inadequate hanging space for clothes.

Pros: Lovely Place, Fantastic. Very nice owner and extremely helpful!
Pros: The location was quite idyllic. The host was charming and helpful- he recommended us to visit what turned out to be the best restaurant of our trip to France.
Cons: Dangerously slippery tiles in the shower
Pros: It’s very well decorated, cute, clean house. The room and bathroom was awesome. Very good breakfast with fresh squeezed juice, homemade jams... the host was very nice and kind. Definitely a yes!
Pros: The host was friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was poor just Orange juice and a croissant, hard toast, preserves were stale with wasp in. Accommodation old, tired and unclean, shower tiles & sink dirty. Previous guests Deodorant bottle under bed and still when returned two weeks later. Tried to cancel 2nd night via Booking.com but told we would have to pay the full amount and at 85 euros was extortionate.

Cons: It was a pity that they did not allow dogs.
Pros: From he moment we arrived the staff were friendly, courteous and could t do enough to help. As a family of 5 we booked a twin and a triple, but on arrival we were offered a suite (cheaper overall) which was perfect. Excellent quality all round, nice fixtures and fittings, amazing one-off pieces in the shop below, fantastic continental breakfast, great coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice. Seriously, what’s not to like! PS we were so tired from travelling that we didn’t venture too far, and went to the pizzeria for dinner (kids choice) but at all times we were made to feel welcome.
Pros: Good facilities in room.
Cons: Spa experience was expensive for what it was. Breakfast of 12 euros for a coffee and croissant is too expensive.
Pros: Spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, very quiet, pleasant terrace for coffee/breakfast with surrounding countryside, very nice staff always ready to give you recommendations for restaurants and visits, spa (good massage), furniture/home accessories shop.
Pros: big room, good beds, little noise, nice linnen, plenty of towels, good products of Clarins, nice and friendly staff, nice breakfast terrace.
Cons: Nice bath but we missed a shower (admittedly we did not ask for a room with a shower). Good breakfast but maybe a bit too classical French, i.e. juice, coffee, baguette, butter, jams and croissant.

Pros: Basic but clean, with a nice restaurant within
Cons: Welcome pack , as no shops near
Pros: great balcony
Cons: Directions of where to check in was difficult to work out
Pros: Location for Le Mans couldn’t be better Feels like in your own holiday home . Stayed here twice and if in area wouldn’t book anywhere else . Town is great got some nice bars and great restaurants . Love the place
Pros: The size of our apartment was great for the 5 of us.
Cons: The fact my name and the fact my payment had declined plastered all over the door for the world to see! kitchen of golf club shut at 9, arrived at 9.20 not even a offer a sandwich, with 3 kids, me pregnant and a long journey with a delay. A little bit of help or service would have been nice.

Pros: Owner went out of her way to find us something to eat as restaurant in nearest town was closed
Cons: Restaurant only open Thursday to Sunday
Pros: The friendly welcome, we arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open till we were ready for dinner. The food was delicious, as was the view. The location is amazing. The renovations are great.
Cons: As we were cyclotouring.....the ride up hill leading up to this amazing property.
Pros: Calm surrounding
Cons: Unfortunately I can not rate this place positively. Arrival not before 6 o'clock, the bedroom does not have any beverage at your disposition. After on night with a poor mattress and no heating available we left the premises.
Pros: Extraordinary B&B, incredible location with a bucolic view to green fields and forest. The owners made me feel like a gest and were very kind and wellcoming. breakfast was great and so was the incredible home cooked dinner by the chef of the Bistrot. Memorable and deserves another visit.
With a stay at Relais Saint-Louis in Belleme, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Fountain of Belleme and Saint Sauveur Church. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: It’s location is good and the restaurant excellent
Cons: It’s a mish mash of styles and needs a lot of work and TLC
Pros: Liked the small town unfortunately being a Monday it was all closed, couldn’t book in until 6pm which was rather a pain, understand why when the Chap that booked as in seemed to be doing everything including serving the evening meal which was very nice but beware no choice we had what the chef had left made up. Room was a fair size in need of a bite of a makeover bed was comfortable room rather cold managed to turn radiators on which helped. Would possibly stay again here on a different day.
Cons: Not being able to choose evening meal the dining room looked delightful and menus looked very interesting but we all eat in the breakfast room. Would suggest staying somewhere bigger if it’s a Monday where there would be more restaurants open.
Pros: Definitely recommend the hotel's restaurant! Food was great and they also tried hard to meet our diverse needs (gluten free, vegetarian...), and succeeded ! We enjoyed it very much :)
Cons: Only the owner speaks English and he helped us a lot. However, when he's not around it becomes a little more challenging to communicate in any other language but French .
Pros: Well located: comfortable clean room: friendly, helpful staff and truly excellent food.
Cons: It was all good.
Pros: Location and surroundings are beautiful
Cons: Hotel was empty when we arrived. After calling the Patron, he gave us a code to enter, told us where we could find the key and that was that. Inside music was playing without anybody being present. It was almost spooky. Next morning breakfast was served in a very poorly decorated part of the restaurant. No fresh products at all and eggs were clearly boiled a day or two before. Patron poured a cup of coffee for himself and sat at the table Next to us to watch television. We left as soon as we could.
Pros: We booked last minute and planned to check in at 10:30pm. booking.com apparently sends out automated confirmations for wishes like this, unbeknownst to the hotel. Standing before locked doors in a rainy night, we had to wake up the poor patron, who pulled all levers to accommodate us. Thanks, booking.
Cons: Bathroom could've been cleaner; bathroom sink and shower cabin were a bit unstable and showed signs of wear.
Pros: Welcoming staff. Food excellent. Enjoyed the fact that the owner took time to chat.
Cons: We decided not to stay at the hotel after inspecting the facilities
Pros: Location. Individuality of the property
Cons: Poor facilities. Mice in the wall cavities. Indifference of the reception person when we arrived. He stayed talking on the phone for far too long after we arrived.
Pros: Pastries were fine coffee acceptable
Cons: Breakfast fridge was dirty, limited offerings at breakfast, no hair dryer in room, bedroom was poorly lit, staircase to rooms shabby, bedroom needs redecorating, trailing extension leads, bathroom unheated, inadequate wardrobe facility, breakfast room unheated.
Located in Belleme, Normandy Country Club is in a rural location, within a 15-minute walk of Saint Sauveur Church and Fountain of Belleme. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: The bar closed at 8.30pm, the evening food wasn’t available Loud music every night from a local rave until 3am and then again from 8am Nothing to clean with
Cons: Not having replaced shampoo and soap.
Pros: Handy for a stop over clean but a bit dated and tatty in place
Cons: Needs a bit of freshening up
Pros: Nice view
Cons: Restaurant was closed, even if it is mentioned everywhere they serve diner. Old, for me no 3 stars more like a 2 star. Old fashioned outdated, lot of things broken. Staff not really friendly bit arrogant.
Pros: Nice, spacious rooms in a lovely part of France. There was a mess up with the booking as I had reserved a three bedroom apartment but they sorted it for us and were very accommodating. Staff were lovely.
Cons: It’s a distance from Bellême village and amenities. The on site restaurant was full on Saturday evening and closed on Sunday which made the remoteness of the location more of an issue
Pros: Nice location, quiet and close to town.
Cons: No swimming pool. The reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool but upon check in we were informed it was not available-very disappointing!!
Pros: Nice place for a stop off between caen and the vendee. Clean pool and apartment and a nice breakfast.
Pros: The good elements of this hotel are no more than average and better accommodation options are available nearby
Cons: We booked to stay here because we were travelling with our 2 year old and wanted to have a restaurant onsite. We were advised just days before our stay that the restaurant would be closed. Having driven for hours with a grumpy toddler we then had to get back in the car to go for dinner. The lady on reception was rude and unhelpful in finding us alternatives, shrugging and stating that it was "indeed a catastrophe".
Cons: Resturant and pool closed during stay. We were not told when booking
Pros: The Hotel is in a beautiful location,.
Cons: We were unfortunate in that we were unable to have an evening meal at the hotel and had to travel a long way for this. Also the swimming pool and amenities were closed.
