great room, nice and big. spa was great. very clean room. would definately stay again.
That we checked in early due to our daughters wedding and our room was upgraded so that we could have early access,Also we had a premium breakfast each tht was fantastic.
No wireless network available
Stayed recently for a wedding and found the stay to be only ok..... whilst it has good access to the casino and nightlife, it is now dated. The foyer and main restaurant and being renovated so hopefully this will improve things more.
The rooms are very dated and tired and are overpriced in comparison to other hotels. I was hoping for a larger and better room and although we booked a king room, we were given two single beds. We were also charged $7 to use cutlery that we requested be bought to the room. The renovations mean that the reception area is very noisy during the day.
convenient to the show we were attending & to the casino
pillows
fantastic rooms and services available
Absolute professionalism of staff. Decore, friendliness and surroundings.
I love the hotel, however, a bar that serves drinks (alcoholic, no-alcoholic etc) that is available for those that do not want to enter Casino either before restaurants open or after restaurants close. No quiet place to chat, have a drink out of the hours above within the hotel complex.
Very happy with our stay
was good for our christmas fuction all i had to do was walk up stairs
all good
The rooms are a good size and are very well maintained and the views are very nice of the city and river.
I had asked for champaigne to be in the room when I checked in and had to ring room service to get it.
