Pros: The hotel is updated, clean and staffs are friendly.
Cons: Pool is a bit cold and can clean the side a bit better
Pros: The location was awesome. In the downtown proximity. The room was oversized and clean and the price was excellent. The overall Hotel was clean. Would definitely stay there again!
Cons: The breakfast was somewhat disappointing in having to wait for more food to arrive, however it was our understanding that they were short staff.
Pros: Excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms,
Cons: Parking was very crowded and limited. Pool should stay open later,we were never able to use it.
Pros: close to everything. staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: hot bath with pool was warm not hot. eucalyptus steam bath had no smell. that was very dissapointing.
Pros: Large rooms, great beds, breakfast is very good for continental/ self serve- way better than those with just bread choices. Good waffles you can easily make yourself. Good real syrup. Eggs and bacon. Unlimited coffee and tea. Nice setting on edge of park.
Cons: Stayed on a Monday night and some of the restaurant choices are closed then. Others close the kitchen at 8pm, so you need to get out and order dinner. ( This was outside the hotel). The hotel was great.
wished I could have stayed longer to experience more of the services
Pros: Super easy to find and so beautiful!
Pros: The proximity to park, restaurants etc. I also liked the hair salon. Very good prices.
Cons: Room had a stale and odd smell to it. Room 309.
Pros: The hotel was able to grant my early check in request and upgraded my room for free.
Cons: Nothing at all
The location is great, right by the water, and the continental breakfast has a patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee
Pros: The standard of cleanliness and the up to date furniture, appliances, pool, and gym facilities.
Pros: Room was very modern and clean.
Cons: The breakfast eggs and bacon were cold and awful. No boiled water for the tea. Also advertised as having a restaurant but no restaurant or room service at hotel.
Decent bed for those that enjoy a harder mattress, which I do. Staff were willing to help with any questions I had. Was there two nights. Bed was made up for me and clean linens were provided on night two. Unfortunately I could not take advantage of the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Price point was high for what you received but this was likely due to it being the weekend of the Garlic Festival and all lodgings were priced higher than normal. Short walk to grocery store, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, Giant Tiger, gas station and others.
Pros: I liked the couch provided. It was very comfortable to read on. I also enjoyed the choices for colour on the walls. The room was quiet. It was at capacity the two nights I stayed but you would never know it.
Cons: There was a slight aroma when walking in the room for the first time. To be expected with the age of the carpet. My one gripe would be the carpet. Needs an update.
Pros: It was available and had air conditioning. Coffee in room.
Cons: It was way overpriced. Scum in shower wasn't cleaned.
Pros: location, clean.
Cons: way over priced. it was a busy weekend, but i booked well in advance and that was a $---- motel room if I have ever seen one.
Pros: Accessibility to our activities in the area.
Cons: No ice available. Had to go to the office at which time the staff gave us a small amount. No wi-fi available as advertised. Air conditioner was always turned off by cleaning person during the day, so the room was warm when we returned late in the day.
