Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing tourist attractions. Some reviewers also appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of certain rooms. However, many guests reported significant cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets, bathrooms, and common areas. Noise at night from nearby businesses or within the building was a frequent complaint. Several reviewers were dissatisfied with the lack of staff, poor service, and difficulties with check-in. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, cleanliness, noise, and service issues detracted from the experience for many guests.
