Location, staff,facilities in the room
No water provided in the room. The fountain at the basement was not having a bottle fill option either. For that cost I think they should give complimentary bottles. Swimming pool was closed.
Great location. Modern building. Very secure
Pool was advertised as using special minerals to avoid harsh chemicals. When we get to the hotel were told that the pool was closed because the level of chlorine was too high... and stay closed for the whole time of our stay. Staff was dismissive and only answer was we need to wait for the state inspection, We may open the pool tomorrrow, it did not happen.
It was convenient because I was giving my daughter a sleepover we live in south phila and so does most of her friends
The pool was out of service which was a real bummer for the girls
Location was perfect. Within walking distance to convention center as well as many historical sites and museums
Very crowded so we weren’t able to have breakfast at the hotel as there wasn’t food left by the time we arrived for breakfast
Bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious
The swimming pool was closed for renovations
