I loved the location and the rooms were big and spacious.
The room service was too expensive for what it was. I was charged $61 it should have been at least $30 .
Location good. Bathroom large and clean.
The hotel should have explained that if you selected green option not to have clean linen, the room would not be tidied or bed even made. Room carpet and fridge were dirty. Room was internal so no real window.
Broken AC, felt suffocated in the room because temperature climbed up all night. View of brick wall and into windows of rooms recently demolished. Poor WiFi for which they charge a fee. Slow valet Parking ($46/night) guests block traffic. No bag help.
Location- it was near convention center. Staff were helpful and pleasant. It had a restaurant but we did not eat in it.
Our room was small, very industrial like in decor and color. Walls, drapes hanging picture and carpet were all gray. No comfortable chair, sheets were too small for the king size bed and kept coming undone. It felt like being in a prison cell.
location, beds, pillows, bar in the lobby
old phones, old creamer for the coffee, no fridge, expected much more for the price
