2.5 Mediocre
Pros: This hotel has a roof under construction. The construction is possibly related to the fire alarm setting off 4 times in 26 hours- all false alarms. (We had to evacuate and wait for fire marshall). From check in to check out- the front desk employees were very rude and sullen. The breakfast items were really sub par. It’s unfortunate because the rooms were clean, bright and comfortable.
Cons: Terrible attitudes by 3 different employees.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: staff and remodel
Cons: breakfast was a little weak... the bacon was really not eatable and was the only protein choice. The rest was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for our vacation plans. The swimming pool was nice. The facility was clean and most staff were very friendly. The location was quiet.
Cons: Breakfast items were fairly sparse. The woman who was stocking the breakfast was slow and inefficient. I heard several people asking for things and she was not very responsive or friendly. The hot water pot was empty. There was no milk for cereal and after it was filled it ran out quickly, which made me think she had only put in a small amount. I did not realize when I booked that the 2 bed rooms, were full size not queen. This was disclosed when I booked, but I rarely find full size beds any longer, most are queen sized. When it said double beds, I thought they would be queen. the room was tight for 4 people.

Pros: I liked the renovated guest rooms. Nicely done!
Cons: I was on the second floor and I could hear people in the parking lot all night. I think they were outside smoking...not sure.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location right outside the forest
Cons: Unfortunately roof repairs closed off the pool which the kids would have enjoyed. Safety first but it would have been nice to know before booking
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Did not use the breakfast, only coffee, no comment. Location was ideal for hiking and exploring the nearby parks.
Cons: Parking is a little limited.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very quiet. The bathroom was most spacious.
Cons: The shelving or drawer space was limited. Had we stayed for longer, we would not be able to unpack. The room was smaller than usual
