Pros (+) This was my first stay at the double tree in Pittsburgh. It was a very busy weekend , but the hotel staff was very attentive to everyone . Will for certain book this hotel again.

Pros (+) The ladies working Saturday night (10/8) are fabulous. As well as the manager that was on Saturday night and Sunday morning. It is obvious that customer service is a big deal here.
Cons (-) what we did not like was the horrible hockey team of kids. It was outrageous how these parents let their children literally run around like maniacs. The hotel did their best to control it but it was the parents that were on all of the floors drinking in the hallways that should've been in control of their own children.
