Pros (+) The location , employees attendants and breakfasts.
Cons (-) The building and the landscaping need some improvements. Also so many fly in meals area.

Pros (+) The hotel is on a very nice property with lots of stuff to do.
Cons (-) The bathrooms need to be updated. Also, there were no washcloths. It is out of the way of everything else that Ponce has to offer.

Pros (+) Views terrific. Good facility given location. Have to either like golf or need a place to stay on the southern part of the island. Best find for Ponce. Tourist taxes in PR are the killer. Rate quoted far less than reality.
