10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfy! The room was new and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful! They went out of their way to comfort my toddler after the long drive when he was throwing a little tantrum in the lobby.
Cons: The only problem was our a/c went out in our room one night. But the staff jumped into action. Turned out the a/c company had to come out and fix a possible lightning strike on the roof electric box.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well trained staff, great beach
Cons: Not dog friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and staff service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the personal touch of always addressing my wife and I by name.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I thought the room was nicely appointed
Cons: I thought the property could have been better maintained throughout the day. There were a number of towels and other items left out by the pool
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well appointed we enjoyed our stay very much.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous clean
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Absolutely beautiful beaches & area! The building is architecturally very nice but is starting to show signs of wear. The furnishings in the room we had need refurbishing. The couch cushions were soiled. The king mattress is sagging in the middle and needs replacing; It was uncomfortable. Our meal in the restaurant was mediocre - not as high caliber as it's made out to be. Our waitress Sarah was wonderful, so no complaints there. On arrival our room keys did not work, they were replaced and didn't work again. Our fireplace did not turn on and maintenance had to be called to fix it. These details should have been all reviewed before we took possession of the room. Service at the downstairs restaurant was too slow and the very apologetic waitress couldn't apologize enough. Our lunch there was very good however in terms of the food. We loved the beach but wish the accommodations had been worth the expense!
Cons: See above!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely. The beach super accessible. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a big roach in our room. I was there with my husband. I don’t use the word partner to refer to my husband
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Lodge is gorgeous, well maintained and the service is spectacular!

7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was very clean and had decent facilities. However, the spave and staff were nkt on par with other places we've stayed.
Cons: A lot of the staff are younger kids and communicate and behave as though you are a disruption. The girl who checked us in was busy giggling with someone on the radio, the boy handing out pool towels appeared annoyed he had to hand us towels. When tou work in the hospitality industry at a place that wants to be high end, the people hired should be just as dedicated to the cauae as those managing.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room and ocean
Cons: No one on property could recommend restaurants off property Concierge could only mention one. We found really EXCELLENT places. Disappointed with restaurants on property in terms of accessibility and service
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We loved staying there. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The room was very, very comfortable.
Cons: I didn't like paying extra for items that should have been included, such as beach chairs. The $29.00 resort fee should include a beach chair to sit in!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome, service and food were great - room is a bit dated.
Cons: weather - you all were fantastic!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: ALL of the staff were AMAZING and HELPFUL!

10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing. Everything was top notch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty location Nice staff. Beautiful rooms
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the bed
Cons: Dining is very expensive for a small portion
7.5 Good
Pros: The location and quietness
Cons: The room had a noisy refrigerator and found a few bugs in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, even though we were a local couple, staying here was like staying in a totally different town.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Huge drain problem. There was a terrible smell every time one had a shower. We did receive a small amount off the bill for the inconvenience but it was not good enough for a top class venue

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The young black-haired French and Blackfoot lady Ms. Cock(?) who checked us in was VERY HELPFUL and VERY FRIENDLY to us throughout our stay. The Mulligans bar/restaurant was excellent for breakfast and evening drinks. The barista for Star Bucks on Sun and Mon mornings made excellent coffee drinks for us. We enjoyed the pool very much. Like the free newspapers and pantry. My family members who joined us for dinner, drinks and an afternoon at the pool were impressed.
Cons: The only complaint is that our coffee for the coffee machine in the room was not refilled everyday. We also expected to have bottled water in the room everyday.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable with a great mattress and sofa.
Cons: Our first rooms toilet didn’t work. Within 10 minutes of unpacking we had to move to another room. They gave us a better location with a better view. The maintenance man was great and he came very quickly. The valet were very helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was great, amenities nearby. Pool was nice,
Cons: Room was very disappointing. Furniture horribly outdated and decor felt sterile, like a hospital room. They had no chairs in master bedroom. The sofa bed in our suite was horrible and old mattress. Luckily the staff was very kind and brought a roll out bed to us that was nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Randy and Virginia were the stars of the show. Randy is like seeing an old friend again. Virginia was accommodating and friendly. I will NOT stay anywhere else when I visit Ponte Vedra. Oh and their cookies are great...and yummy. Hotel is near a few good places to each and Publix if you need to make any additional food purchases.
Cons: Randy and Virginia, the location, closeness to places to eat and friendliness of staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room was great. The bathroom was really nice.
Cons: Apparently the county ordinance requires closing the pool and hot tub at dusk. This is a tourist, beach area. Why? We were busy all day and wanted to stay at the hotel in order to use the hot tub and pool in the evening to relax. We got 15 minutes and we had to leave. Not a good thing. Very very disappointed!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: AC unit very loud no adjustments to fan speed etc , bed & pillows a bit hard
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to everything we needed.
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: The shuttle to the beach which is complimentary Well appointed rooms. Most of the staff are courteous
Cons: The cost of accommodation when weighed against value The fact that the hotel decided to charge my credit card used only for booking, for stay for all nights and not accepting my request to make direct payments - they said this was done by booking.com but I do not think this to be true, as my other stays were not charged on the card. Not all of the staff were as polite as the Hilton standards would have
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the experience and the staff
Cons: no not at all
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Didn't have sodabed like I paid for.

Pros: The grounds are beautiful.
Cons: The rooms are old and not well taken care of.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent - close to beaches and all the big golf courses (TPC & Dyes Valley) Breakfast was very good - plenty to choose from
Cons: Front of desk staff rude to say the least When we mentioned our shower wasnt working it was just snubbed off - "oh well what you want us to do" attitude We had same response when inquiring as to why our Netflix was not connecting Villas where we stayed were huge BUT they could do with a lick of paint and a good clean down
7.0 Good
Pros: The grounds were very pretty.
Cons: Paid for villa but ended up in the main hotel. A/C didn’t work very well. 62-65 and still warm. Friends room air handling panel hanging off wall and tv did not work.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk very welcoming and accommodating. Location, near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hotel has very nice amenities, pools and things to explore. The shuttle to private beach and cabana was a nice highlight.
Cons: Most staff was very friendly but a couple bar staff seemed like they'had rather be elsewhere. At the high end prices for cocktails, friendly service and smiles are expected. This was really the only issue i would look forward to seeing some upgrades.
4.3 Okay
Cons: Bed was lumpy, shower was dirty and shower head was disgusting and losing original color. Windows were not properly cleaned (spider webs visibly seen on exterior sliding door), not worth what was spent on the room. Will not return to this location.
7.0 Good

6.0 Good
Pros: The location to beach and town was wonderful. Beautiful setting in wooded golfing area.
