The cost was reasonable. Accessibility great. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and breakfast was awesome. Thank you .
Everything fine except for mold. Mold on back of bathroom door.
The front desk staff was respectful. However because it allows animals onto the first and second floor, there was a smell of dander. The breakfast could have been better, the sausages were very dry and the pastries were not very fresh. I do feel that for $150 including tax was too much to ask. $100 even is more adequate. Not worth $150. The smell of animals along was enough to drive down the price. The shower pressure was not very strong either.
Located near the Georgia / South Carolina state line, easy access 1/4 mile off I-95. A great resting spot on your I-95 drive. Recently renovated, clean rooms, great staff, great price.\nYou won't be disappointed.
I loved my stay at this hotel. What a hidden gem. The staff is fabalous and the hotel is spotless...I don't think I've ever seen a hotel so clean and well organized and I travel all over the US for a living. I'm a Priority Club member and this will be my hotel of choice. I work for General Electric and will certainly tell my business associates. I was surprised to see the change in the Holiday Inn Express sign the staff updated us on the Holiday Inn's newlook which I thought was very fresh. I am traveling on business and really enjoy having more than one computer in the business center as I was having laptop issues. Congratulations on having a great hotel. Whatever your doing...keep it up.
Comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Pretty good breakfast items. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Lots of hair in the bathroom--ick! Big difference between the always-clean H am pton In n hotels and this one... same star level? No way.
i DID NOT GO ON THIS TRIP. AS I TOLD YOU I WAS ONLY MAKING RESERVATIONS NOT BOOKING.
The staff was so nice and sweet. The hotel was right off i95! My room was nice and clean. I would say my overall stay was amazing!
Location was great. Very clean. Staff and housekeeping great. Easy parking and access to room. Good breakfast.
staff, breakfast, and pool the carpet was damp and wet from the humidity. There was no fan in the bathroom.
The hotel bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The room was very clean. I accidently left clothes in the closet when we departed. I did not realize it until we returned home. I was delighted when I called and the housekeeping staff said they had put it aside and called my home. They sent the clothes to me by UPS. I have been to hotels that if you leave something, they claim it was never found. Thank you to the staff for your honesty and integrity.
This is an average hotel. I didn't expect anymore for what I was paying. There was a stain on a pillow case and a blanket. Thankfully I had a choice of beds. The shower handles moved all around as if the valve system in the wall wasn't secured properly. The shower water also pulsated.
Front desk worker at check in was great,
The Staff At times, was a little noisy with doors slamming shut.
Nice Indoor pool. Smallest hotel hot tub I've ever seen.
Damien Diaz and your cleaning staff are wonderful! Helpful, prodessional, quality employees! Thank you!
Large, well maintained hotel with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good but very crowded, luckily they opened up extra seating in the meeting room. We would stay here again. We got a great deal through kayak it was about $75 cheaper then the walk in rate. The bathroom could've been cleaner. I didn't notice this until after we had already unpacked left the room went to dinner and came back otherwise I would might've asked for another room.
Staff was kind. Room was comfortable and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Literally loved everything about this hotel. We got a king sized room for two that was huge! While being about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah this hotel was about 50 minutes from Tybee island and the beach so that was a bit I convienent since we made several trips to both areas.
Breakfast. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Easy walk to food and museum next door, which was perfect for our young, and tired from travel, family. The fridge didn't work. It never got cooler than room temp, which was horrible since we were transporting breast milk. The pool floor was disintegrating under our feet. Oh... And who puts toddlers on the third floor in a building that if someone sneezed, everyone would hear it! The people below us didn't like our 2 year old... But not my fault, he's a toddler.
The helpful staff, the buffet breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, the room and the indoor pool and hot tub. No
Had a reservation and over sold so we had no room!!!!!!!!
Every thing! Nothing!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. No room service.
Awesome staff, nice breakfast, and comfy beds Nothing
The indoor pool was very nice and the morning breakfast was good. The room seemed a bit dated. Needed new bedspreads and musty.
Location was convenient. Front desk staff, some were good, some weren't. Room key cards had to be reprogrammed every day of 5 day stay.
Clean, comfortable, cheerful and helpful staff. Cleaning service failed to replenish a couple items each day of our stay.
We have stayed at another Country Inn and Suites before. We loved that one. This hotel had alot less to offer. The jacuzzi was broken, when we walked out of our room the cigarette smoke smelled terrible in the hall way, the continental breakfast was not near as good and fresh. We had to ask several times to get things that should have been out on the bar. The staff was about half and half. Some were very helpful and some were hateful. My billing was handled poorly. We got a check out flyer 3 days before we were supposed to leave and they treated me like I had done something wrong. I won't be staying at this particular hotel again. However, I know which Country Inn and Suites to stay at next year.
Cheap, convenient and clean.
friendly staff, free breakfast, clean and spacious room. Free access to the pool till 11pm is a huge plus when traveling with kids.
Hot tub and indoor pool. Just renovated, nice for the $. Breakfast was a little sparse, no eggs, just sausage and gravy biscuits. Still not bad.
Closeness to the highway The construction on the highway..garbage by the pool..staff was nice
Spacious room, very clean, very close to downtown Savannah - this stay exceeded my expectations. I would stay again! Air conditioner fan in room made weird noises - but it wasn't too bad.
Very clean and comfortable. Hot continental breakfast was very good. Wifi was sporadic
The place was clean and spacious. No qualms there. It is a decent place to stay and breakfast was fine. Some of the staff were too busy on their personal cell phones to be very "host like". Also, please invest in some new pillows. Yours are terrible. They seem as if they had been re-used for 3 years.
Good location of the interstate. Carpet in the room was very dirty and worn, A/C worked fine but very noisy when it cycled on and off. Room generally clean, lots of scuff marks on the walls. Bathroom was clean and updated, linens were clean. Bedspread should be replaced, old and of dubious cleanliness. Wi-Fi worked well, TV, fridge, and coffe maker in room all of good quality - clean and new.
good room, clean, huge bed, comfortable
Location to outlet mall My moms room had cockroaches, cigarette burns in the carpet and it had a horrible smell.
Clean and comfortable Men out in parking lot hanging around .
Close to I-95 Walking distance to Wendy's, gas station, & a restaurant.
Wish I could upload a picture but the pictures online are nothing like the real hotel. The pool was green with no patio furniture, ripped up carpet in the halls, and despite us saying hold on the house keeper came in our room while we were in the room. Not staying here again.
Convenient to I-95 and easy access to getting into downtown and other areas we needed to get to. Hotel and staff were very nice. We will stay there again when stopping in that area. The carpet was extremely dirty in the room.
This hotel was good for the price. Do not listen to your gps as the address it wants to take you to is 3 miles from 95 when in actuality it is the sleep inn right off the exit.
I enjoyed the customer service. They were very accommodating. The rugs in the hall way was soiled..
Close to 95 The room smelled so bad. The tv came on, but it was buffering the entire time. The picture was frozen and u never heard a word
Close to highway The smell of mold was overwhelming

They offer a hot breakfast in the morning, and they refilled the hot items even though it was just about the end of the breakfast time. Thus, even though we came down later then most, we still had fresh hot food!
Located close to I95. Located too close to I95. Could not sleep with all the traffic traveling I95. Room was probably 100 yards from roadway. A room on opposite side of hotel may have helped.
The size of the room and workout space was excellent. The coffee bar in the main lobby always seemed fresh. Maid service was great. The continental breakfast was good but repetitive. Front desk personnel was friendly. Hllway carpt 1st flr was nt smooth trshcns out frnt were constantly full pool rm humid bdrm very humid humidifier needed mole undr sink shwr head rusted dirty ring round toilet tub drain slw carpt stained brokn side tbl ice bld up refrig soiled furn
just a great experience overall distance from downtown but ill live
The room was quite nice for the price we paid. The bed was gloriously comfortable and the room was very spacious. The air conditioner was a little loud but that was about it.
This hotel was excellent for the price and is within 15 minutes of downtown Savannah, The rooms are large and very clean, There was not a towel holder to hang your towels after showering.
Location of 10 minutes away from Savannah. Good value.
Courteous staff & friendly atmosphere Room key did not work for many hours due to low battery
You get what you pay for most of the time in life. I got what I payed for. It's an old hotel. Sometimes you can't get clean what is old, like carpet or the smell. There were a few bugs in the room, at least the ones I saw.
The staff was great! The room seemed clean. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but the room didn't smell as awful as I would have anticipated. I had to get in the shower with my two year old because the plug for the bath wouldn't work. My sons socks were filthy from the floor being dirty.
The night attendant I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and took care of business. For 89 dollars a night for 1 king size bed isn't very bad. However, when the bed sheets and comforter have stains that look and smell like 5 people have had sex on it right before you arrive it's a problem. I was disgusted by this and will not return to this Super 8 motel.
Easy access to Savannah, direct route from the hotel. This is the best thing I can say about this place. Even the discounted travel website price I paid was too much for this place. Travel website classed it at three stars, but two is being generous. Bathroom dirty, tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dirt build up in the corners, cracks and crevices. Toilet loose and wobbly. Breakfast is a joke. Store bought 2-3 day old pastries, one choice of cereal, no coffee, fridge with milk and OJ doesn't even keep it cool much less cold. No staff even acknowledged me when turning in my key because they never came to the desk. With a shameful "free breakfast" like that... I wouldn't want to show my face either.
This was the most horrible experience of my life. Room was not prepared, even though we arrive at 9 pm. Filth everywhere. Staff was rude. Made racial comments about the "white" couple in the room before us (and we are white). Covered up apparent blood stains on the pillows with cases. Then we found similar stains on the sheets. My girlfriend was accosted by a drunk man at the door. I had to threaten police to get him to leave (but wanted to do much worse to him). Couldn't stay and the manager slammed and locked a door in my face and told me she had cameras and I was making up my complaints. We left and found a clean, comfortable room down the road. Horrible! I'll never trust your ratings and staged pictures again!
The staff were rude, there was another person's hair left in the shower, and the overall atmosphere was bad and felt unsafe.
The Hotel was really clean and nice. Only complaint, it's not in the best area of town, a bar in front of the hotel was a little louder than I would have liked it.
Convent location No decaf - breakfast also lacking
Check in was easy. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was decently sized. Bed was clean. Bed was comfortable. Offered breakfast in the morning Entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room. Inside our room the smell was less but still noticeable. The bathroom had a very peculiar smell that I could not figure out what was causing. The free breakfast offered was mostly cereals and bagels, which may or may not be negative based on your preference.
Location Breakfast sucked
It was nice, staff was pleasant. Wasn't there much, basically for sleeping. Daughter was having baby, needed a base. All around nice
It appears as though the sheets are not cleaned on a daily basis, even when changing guests. I opened my bed sheets in the dark so I didn't notice it when going to bed, but there was a red spot on the bed in the morning, and I wasn't bleeding anywhere. I then noticed the maid didn't have anything to put dirty sheets in and that rooms being cleaned either had unmade beds or made beds, but non without sheets. In addition, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling of the common hallway.
Nothing Spiders were on the pillows and ants on the wall near head board and room was not smelling fresh
If you're looking for a quick place to sleep than this is the place for you. Relatively inexpensive, for the area but it is definitely showing its age. The staff was very friendly and while the cleanliness didn't wow us - it didn't disgust us either. I would not wish to spend my vacation in this hotel but it was fine for passing through.
Cleanliness very poor wifi connection, couldn't use internet from my room. pool looked a little dirty and uninviting. The woman on staff when told about my poor wifi signal said 'what do you want me to do about it' with a little bit of an attitude.
I tried to check in early, which they had agreed to, but there were no rooms ready. They allowed me to change clothes, but I never checked into the Inn. I ended up staying with friends and did not need the room. Please credit my account.
I dealt with two front desk clerks, both female, that were extremely pleasant. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The bathroom sink drained slowly, but that was the only blemish I found. The continental breakfast was good. I especially liked the waffles, fruit and sausage biscuits. For the price and proximity to downtown savannah, I was very pleased. It wasn't a luxury resort, but exactly what I would expect from a hotel/motel.
First I want to say I'd stay again at Quality Inns. I'm sure this was a bad day. The waffel machine wasn't working !! They didn't serve gravy & biskets like other Quality Inns. They had no fruit. And two children guest killed a 3' COCK ROACH in the hall near the eating area!! The internet wouldn't work, even with the hotel's password.
Easy check in and out. Extremely nice front desk personnel. Fire alarm required battery change.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Interior halls and stairways were not properly air-conditioned, they were warm and stuffy.
Room was bigger than we expected. A bit crowded. They were fully booked making the breakfast area busy.
Cleanliness and breakfast The power outlets were not sufficient.
Breakfast was very good. Staff was exceptional. No
Nothing It was not worth what I paid. Looked like a one star. Nasty, was not cleaned well,I started to itch. I did not stay the second night that I paid for. No free breakfast- placed was being remodeled. Never again
The service is nice The breakfast was bad
Fruit flies everywhere in the room. Non smoking room but the room smelled like smoke.
Leaving The refrigerator and phone didn't work and the sheets was dirty.
The staff was friendly. They have roaches, tube tv and broken furniture. The bathroom light switch has to be flipped on before entering it to use the toilet or shower. It's over the sink and mirror area outside it. Breakfast is cereal, muffins, and bananas.
The bed was very comfortable. And the shower The toilet was placed in the way of the door
The location was excellent. Quiet trees behind the hotel. Hotel located on the same side of highway as many restaurants, Food Lion, and CVS. The staff was also very friendly. They are remodeling so don't let old reviews fool you.
Terrible service. It always felt like you disturbing the family that runs it. They locked the front doors when they were eating dinner so you had to ring the bell to get ice (empty machine). Same for breakfast. Locked at 7:30. No syrup for waffles.
Fairly clean Hard to find. Stinky. Old and stained. Not a nice place.
What I liked best about this hotel is when I checked out. No sign for hotel from the road plus you can't see it from the road. It is tucked back behind other hotels. You have to drive around and look for it. It is outdated. The room smelled musty. Check in person behind glass. Used pass thru for keys/documents.
the fact that we did not get mugged very old and moldy; needs major renovation
Location and staff LÃmited
WiFi did not work well - got disconnected several times and had trouble accessing information and emails. Otherwise everything was great
Customer service was the best! Rooms were cleanly! Pool smells like too much chlorine.
That sister got in the pool and stop itching real bad went to front desk the give her some wraps out of the first aid kit ,had to go get her something from the closest store
Nice location - near the airport and the Mighty 8th Air Force Museum, fairly easy to get to, though Signage was a bit difficult to see. The room was in real need of a lot of maintenance, yet the desk clerk wasn't empowered to send for repair services. My 14 point list was going to "be given to Mrs. P, when she gets in, in the Morning". The maintenance list included things like no Florescent Lights over the Sink; broken drawers in Vanity; sink leaking under vanity; Sink stopper not working/installed; gouges in walls, paint chipped everywhere; rust around base of toilet; Closet door jammed; rug (baseboard) pulled away from the wall. I'd have felt better if they had apologized a bit or explained something, but it was clearly the responsibility of the Morning Manager and the clerk was either unable or unwilling to act.
kids liked pool. the carpets were dirty, rooms stuffy and "stinky", weekend breakfast ended @ 9 am WAY TOO EARLY FOR WEEKEND! maid started banging on door @ 8:30. description included "adjoining rooms", which is reason i booked w them. no adjoining rooms - "we HAD adjoining rooms"
Just location. I was dirty. The sheets were stained. We removed them and used towels. The wifi was off most of the time.
The staff was attentive at check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable The hot water took some time to heat up. I was concerned that I would be taking a cold shower but it finally got hot. (about 3 minutes or so).
I was out of town and needed someplace to stay. Everything was $100 or more that looked decent. I researched and filtered by price and I found this gem with only 2 reviews but one was 5 star and the other was 4star. Front Counter lady was very nice, no wait to get card and go to room. The room was new and clean. Everything was great including good coffee and internet cable with too many channel to even surf. The breakfast was included and had waffles and cereal and tons of fruit and drinks plus danishes. Needless to say, if im back in town I will definitely stay here. Did I mention the room was nearly half price of everything else around. I think with tax came out to like $67. The people upstairs were kind of loud but that has nothing to do with the staff or facility other than maybe thin floors. But not too bad. Everyone goes to bed at somepoint or another. :)
I have stayed at many different hotels but this particular Residence Inn has surpassed them all. Cleanest room I have every stayed in. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful shower and bathroom. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
The room! The pool was outside and though warm out, it was not heated and was quite cold. Our kids, who love to swim, had the youngest out after one jump in, and the other lasted about 10-15 minutes. Normally they would swim for 45 to an hour. Only negative I have.

Very clean. Outstanding service
New,clean overall. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to airport. Comfortable room. Mostly quiet. Would have enjoyed a hot tub. Breakfast not always well supplied or tasty.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. N/A
We stay here often when in town visiting family. We have always loved the friendly staff, incredible breakfast and close proximity to everything in the area The bed!!! For some reason the room we were in had a bed as hard as a rock! Three very long sleepless nights. Finally on the final night I was desperate for sleep. I took the mattress off of the sofa sleeper and put it under the sheets on the bed.
Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate. Rooms were nice
Great staff and hotel.
The location was very close to the airport, and there was a variety of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
The hotel is n The beds not clean very good
The staff here couldn't have been nicer. Kendal at our check in was delightful. We visited the National Museum of the Mighty 8th Air Force which is practically around the corner. Room was clean and bed very comfy. Only negative comment was paying $18.00 for 2 breakfasts when comparable hotels include a hot breakfast with the room.
1...the rooms are not outfited as reported...2...at checkout the manger tied to bill us for the rooms a 2 nd time....
Nice price, clean hotel We arrived around 1:30 pm and we need to wait exactly until 3 pm to make check in
The hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport. I like the conveniency. Too much airplane noise because it is near the airport.
All we needed for enroute stay...at decent price, however wished it queen beds..or larger. Did have continental breakfast too.
Very clean and well kept. Quiet and convenient to the airport. Excellent value. Will definitely stay here again.
Great value for money, with free continental breakfast. Free shuttle service from the airport. A bit dated and basic, but clean and perfectly adequate for a stop-over.
away from busy heart of Savannah
Nothing The building was run down and smelled bad
nothing had to change rooms 4 times before we found a half way decent room.
Mostly Quiet so we could sleep There could have been a better selection at breakfast--the drink machines in the dining room were not working.
