Pros: Massimo who is the owner is an absolute gentleman. Nothing was a problem. Super helpful and informative. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to stay at this place if your visiting Sardinia
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice appartment, perfect location. Fantastic service!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Personal service from Massimo was excellent he was so helpful, recommending restaurants and arranging boat trip and taxi. Very friendly and polite
Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, ( you need a car) close by to all main beaches at 5-10 min drive. There are shops at 5 min drive where you can buy all you need or walk for 15-20 min to restaurants. Apartment has all you need to cook and store food ( even a dish washer). Massimo (he is awesome) will make sure you get settled and will give you all indications required - he even brings chocolate croissants which is great! Good value for money place.
Cons: Towels ( should be refreshed at least at 3 days).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Massimo is the best :). Panoramic beautiful view of the harbour/la marina. Very spacious and sunny terrace. A spacious appartment: about 10 min. walking to Porto Cervo s promenade and about 10 min. walking to the harbour. Very clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Well assorted sardinian supermarket Nonna Isa 4 km driving. We had a very nice lunch and dinner in La Conia La via lampara and in Cannigione. Baia Sardinia was fun in the evening. Nice cocktails spot near to the sea. 24 hours guard at the gate.
Cons: Nothing at Massimo s La Case della Marina. Only very expensive shops in Porto Cervo like Chanel, Vuitton, Prada etc.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location and Massimo is extremely helpful and friendly , great views and lovely large patio
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small and dark and cool as we stayed in early May
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent! The view from the apartment was fantastic! Massimo (the owner) helps you whatever request you might have! Excellent customer centric way of thinking and running the business!
Cons: NA
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location with amazing views over marina of Porto Cervo. But only 10 mins (or 15 with kids) walk in either direction to great restaurants and main part of Porto Cervo. And only a short drive to beautiful beaches. Pool area is perfect, especially if travelling with kids. Full time life guard on duty. The best part is the host Massimo who was so attentive throughout. Always around to help and so friendly. He really helped book us a boat trip to La Maddalena islands which is a must. An all round perfect stay in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very clean, with a fabulous view

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was excellent for exploring the area. Sheltered parking for the cars.
Cons: Road noise when on the balcony was a little annoying but certainly not over bearing, bed could maybe do with a topper as a bit too firm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We we’re 6 persons and we all LOVED everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Relais Villa Carola is such a dreamy property, beautifully decorated and with the most welcoming staff. Located only 5 minutes drive to Porto Cervo and 10 minutes away from some amazing beaches. Could not recommend it enough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We hade a very spacy, very nice family apartment in a wonderful area. We were really satisfied with our choice. We can highly recommend it!
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect super cool spot to visit everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: - Super clean - New construction - Spacious apartment very well maintained with coffee maker, dishwasher, etc - The staff is great. Valentina and the lady at the front desk (sorry we didn’t get her name) are super polite and helpful. The best part of the stay - Close to the beaches and to Porto Cervo center
Cons: - Only downside is that is it not in a walkable area. You need the car to go everywhere, which was not an issue for us
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I highly recommend this butik-hotel. The territory of the hotel is nice, rooms are cozy and clean. There are some different kind of rooms in the hotel. You can choose room with kitchen, with balcony or with patio, big room with some bedrooms or smaller one. Rooms have good view to the sea or to the territory of hotel. The breakfast is good. The staff are customer-oriented. And thank you to Valentina!)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had such a lovely stay here and would absolutely stay here again. Great location with friendly helpful staff.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was very big, clean and beautifully furnished. Terrace, was a nice spot to sit and relax and had sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Francesca from the dining room. He is an asset to the hotel as he was so warm and friendly. Hotel is a short drive to Porto Cervo.
Cons: No pool
Overview Reviews
Nestled along Sardinia's fabled Costa Smeralda, the alluring Hotel Romazzino is situated on a lush hillside overlooking a sheltered bay with sandy beaches. Opulent gardens scented with wildflowers flow to the pristine shores of the Mediterranean. With an inviting translucent sea famed for its sailing and diving, the Hotel Romazzino is renowned for its endless water play and immaculate beaches. The inspired regional cuisine of Romazzino Restaurant and Romazzino Barbecue Restaurant adds to the hotel's international acclaim. Pristine views of the Mediterranean Sea or lush gardens are enjoyed from a private balcony or terrace in each of the 94 guest rooms and suites, all passionately restored with handmade tiles and exotic wood furnishings to preserve an authentic Sardinian charm.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: High standard staff attitude in the hotel and restaurant, the perfect concierge services ever , superb estate&location, exceptionally clean rooms (changing towels 3 times per day). Perfect choice to discover Sardinia. Many restaurant options in the neighborhood.
Cons: Breakfast personnel-very different from the rest of the hotel staff (quite unpleasant) . Prices at the beach bar are really high so most of the turists are bringing their own beverages on the beach. I didn't so I've happily paid the price :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: You feel you are in a select beautiful place all of the time with great ocean views and landscape property from the restaurant and central lobby areas. The location is superb. Has a nice beach and amazing big and insanely clean swimming pools. The salty swimming pool is very deep and great for swimming. Beautiful classic hotel with amazing gardens, plants, flowers. Outdoor gym in the garden is superb, with top notch machines and very cozy. Classic charm bathrooms with little bright beautiful stones on the walls. Aqua di Parma products are amazing and you can actually use them in the outdoors showers near the pool. Rooms very clean.
Cons: The first thing you notice is that clearly not all guest are equally treated, giving a pretentious feeling to the whole experience. Some of the staff is quite helpful and friendly like in the beach and pool areas but others such as consierge, restaurants are not. Some of the classic hotel charm is fading away. There are some areas the carpets are dirty and losing color, the labyrinth style halls could be a lot better treated. The room closet is from a charming old wood but the smell inside is terrible! It should be fixed with fragrances or something. As in fact all the common areas should have fragrances , cause although it doesn’t smell bad, it doesn’t smell good either (and it should). The food is just terrible for a hotel that proclaims itself as a luxury hotel. There is no luxury at all at the breakfast at least. No fresh juice (orange seems totally artificial), dry boring sweets, average bread, little variety and most of all nothing seems or tastes really good as other 5* hotels in this island. It is a big disappointment. Moreover there were ants in a lot of the tables. And finally no one seems very interested if you are enjoying the stay or not, they just assume that it’s amazing. So to finish I truly believe this could be one of the better hotels in the world if they totally change the way they manage the clients, the terrible food experience and extortion food prices and included other luxury treats such as free spa circuit, fragrances in the room, free basic water sports, which should all be included in this hotel rooms rate price!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place it’s worth it to visit and enjoy the best hotel ♥️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best Staff Architectural beauty Facility Bitch Food
Cons: Love it so much every one have to try to visit the most enjoyable hotel and a lot of things to do.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything. It was complete luxury. Food by the pool was amazing. Rooms, breakfast. Couldn’t fault it. Apart from it being almost €20 for a glass of wine but I think that’s just Porto Cervo prices.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is wonderful !
Cons: Having a 100€ min for dinner for each of us
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is exceptionally beautiful. The hotel offers two very large pools - one with salt water. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is amazing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The beach was extremely clean and you had a very good view of the ocean and the sailing boats.
Cons: The food and drink was extremely expensive, and if you didn't tip continually the service would fall dramatically. For an example a Pizza was only available till 3pm at the cost of 50 eur. Water 8eur, coffee and cocktails blanket cost for each 28 eur. There were two lovely pools which were not used by the guests as they weren't heated and the sea was also cold and had no swimmers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service is impeccable Room service is great, Lindt mini chocos every night, water twice a day, they even offered 2 bottles for the road when we checked out, which was very nice Toiletries aqua di parma Room quite large for italy, 21m Beach amazing, water maldives like but colder ) Service on the beach was a little inconvenient as the only food allowed were panini thus u have 3 options: buffet for 100 euro pp, bar with a la carte menu and go out (cheapest) Prices are too high but it is expected for a hotel of this status so it did not bother me, we just preferred to go out for both lunch and dinner Breakfast was great I totally recommend this hotel but be prepared for the f&b prices, it matches the hotel prices so it is only normal )
Cons: That it was not allowed more consistent food on the beach, i would have eaten on the beach a salad or pasta, but since i had to go to the bar i preferred to go out to eat for 30euro for both nearby. In terms for the hotel it is a loss of revenue coz people are lazy and would pay if allowed to eat on the beach

Pros: Super nice room, great location and free parking place available nearby. Great breakfast.

Pros: Great host, beautiful room and the surroundings. Nice, varied breakfast. It was also very quiet (we were there in June).
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Valentina was excellent at communication and answering all of our questions prior to and after arrival. Nice and clean, conveniently located and lovely breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome and the location was really need. I liked it a lot. We had a private parking and the location was not far from the sea. If you take the rooms in the upper levels you can see the sea from the blacony. Nice view to the marina.
Cons: We had nothing really that bothered us. We liked everthing and would rego there. It was only a little pricy even tho the season did not start but it was next to the marina habor. So I guess this is normal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent rooms, view, location and service. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the area.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I and my husband spent three days in Porto Cervo, in this wonderful b&b. The room was carefully organised and decorated and also very clean. There were sweets for the guests at the reception. The breakfast was very good too and the staff very gentle.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Host is absolutely perfect! Her English is very good and takes proper time to explain and help everything you need. Even if you have questions or ideas she will look it up or recommend you a good solution. Location is very good, near to the beautiful harbour and high-end shops, but also walking distance from local (payable) restaurants and bars. The rooms are very nice and properly maintained, with a balcony and good bathroom. Airconditioning is in the room and works very good. Parking your car just outside on the street (for free) is possible. Beaches on the Costa Smeralda are relatively close, a little drive, but absolutely beautiful and the best we have found in Sardinia!
Cons: Beds are quite hard and not very comfortable. Beaches are a little drive, between 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your preference.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was lovely - great choice of food. The room and facilities were great. Natascha couldn’t have been more helpful! Very attentive host.
Cons: Location is slightly out of the centre - there is a convenient free ferry across from the yacht club however, they can be quite infrequent and only 12 people allowed on the boat at one time. For a free boat ride however, still generally well connected. No faults with the hotel itself!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place. Valentina was a wonderful host ! Everything was clean and well organized. This was the perfect spot if you want to take a walk near by Porto Cervo marina. Breakfast with homemade food.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything

7.0 Good
Pros: the location is good
Cons: the rooms need reinvotion no coffee machine or iron in the room too much stairs
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool was lovely and the pool guy was great!
Cons: Expensive for drinks at hotel bar, nearly double the price than the mini bar. Didn’t let you aware in breakfast that you could order fresh eggs, noted this was most new guests that arrived. Slow service, had to keep asking.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool was nice even though it was too cold when we went in May.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be for a 5 start hotel. There was not enough healthy options and the cooked breakfast wasn’t the best. It was also a little quiet for us in May and the bar/ restaurant in the hotel was very expensive.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located right in Porto Cervo. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel, all pretty posh. The hotel has a private beach where they bring you by boat. The hotel itself is very nice. It has a nice swimming pool and next to the pool is a small outdoor gym. The bigger gym is located outside the hotel, at a tennisclub. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ambience, staff, food all great
Cons: Not much
10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Porto Cervo is. the perfect place for a restful and full of glamour summer vacation with the family and the Cervo Hotel is the perfect combination. Definitely we will back.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room, breakfast and the attentive staff , the restaurants La Pergola and Il Pomidoro and the attentive staff , the concierge, Christian, the private beach, the pool
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely. Really enjoyed going to the private beach. Wonderful hotel!
Cons: The cooked breakfast seemed to be cold on some of the days. The bars/ restaurants near the hotel were astronomically expensive. Would advise walking round to the restaurants near Porto Cervo Marina for dinner as they are much more reasonably priced.

10.0 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff excellent, pretty setting, nice sheets
Cons: Prices comedic
8.0 Excellent
Pros: 1) Very classic style, unique property 2) Relaxing pool area and beach 3) Amazing views 4) Bed was comfortable
Cons: 1) The radiator in the room was broken, it was leaking water all over the room...Nothing was offered to make up for it... 2) We asked something from the house keeping, we called them three times and ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes! 3) The restaurant cover charge was high. Overall, overpriced menu. 4) Rooms look a bit dated, shower does't have proper pressure 5) Would expect more from a hotel charging EUR1500 per night
7.0 Good
Pros: Great facilities & excellent breakfast.
Cons: Arrogant staff, especially the concierges... if you are not willing to fork out the €1000+ per day for their recommended boat trip... you are substandard! Just to be clear, it’s not the money, I like the group trips, an opportunity to meet others. I’ve been to many 5 star hotels & my husband is a platinum Marriott member, yet we felt so below the standard because we didn’t comply with their suggestions! It totally turned us from this hotel!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Rubbish
Cons: You’ll go bankrupt. Dull boring lifeless slit wrist
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, friendly staff
Cons: A lot of plastic rubbish on the way to the beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect, facilities, food, staff
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful and room is very comfortable. Breakfast is included and they give you the option of having it served in room, which I always think is a bonus.
Cons: The restaurants at the property are an absolute rip off for very much sub par food. If you're going to charge 37 Euro for a burger and fries, it should be one of the best burger experiences of your life. In this case, not even close. I had 2 meals here and both experiences included being way overcharged and consuming very disappointing food. Let me be clear, I'm not complaining about the price, I'm complaining about the quality of the food they deliver. I've been to luxury hotels all over the world and paid for plenty of overpriced meals, but this is the first time I felt like I was cheated. Additionally, the hotel allowed me to pay cash for my stay upon check out, but then still charged my credit card...thus double billing me. Wrote the hotel 3 days ago and still waiting on a reply.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the accommodation. Very unique place.
Cons: Service was efficient but wait staff were not very friendly and engaging. The restaurant and bar food and drinks were astronomically expensive and beyond belief. You could feel the pretention. There were areas of the grounds which were out of bounds. Not a place for humble everyday people even if they can afford it.

9.0 Excellent (266 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Dolce Vita in Arzachena, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Capriccioli Beach and Marina di Porto Cervo. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was clean, very delicious home made cakes, huge variety were served on breakfast every day- really they made this whole stay in a ghost town city where everything is closed, spacious, open despite the off season, most of the facilities are 95% closed in Sardegna - why everything is already closed in the mid October where it is still very warm and sunny and perfect temperature to jump into the water? big parking space, comfortable bed :) I like the fact that it is close to Caprera Island.
Cons: the building in a real life doesn't look anymore like on the pictures, the youth gold times of the building already passed away, maybe it was like that 10 years ago like on these photoshoped pictures, you notice the time has gone by, it went even more further by in the Porto Cervo city which doesn't look anymore like in its best prosperity Times - 12 years ago, now it's very sad, old, cheap, tastelessness and require renovation, I would say it will collapse completely in following years (I mean the whole Porto Cervo area which looks right now rather like a cheap joke instead of a top hype celebrity modern villas resort if you expect it), Although off season, but there were at least 15-20 guests in the hotel, unfortunately the swimming pool was already closed and roof top jacuzzis area unfortunately closed too, but in the high season there is a great roof to sip the wine with a view and take a sit in an open air bathtub. I would pay for all of that and the fact there was no runing water in toilets, sinks and showers in the first hour of stay 50 euro per night instead of 70.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms with a great view. Breakfast with great coffee
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Well decorated, small boutique hotel with great roof terrace Extremely friendly staff; received great tips on best beaches & restaurants to visit. Very tasty breakfast with self-made pastries
Cons: only downside, hotel is charging for extra espresso/cappuccinos.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cosy hotel with a fantastic roof terrace looking over Porto Cervo with two large jacuzzi baths
Cons: Swimming pool a little small and not warm enough
9.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was great
Cons: far away from city centre
4.3 Okay
Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: The hotel was over priced and not 4 star standard Had to change room due to noise on first night Basic food / drink
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location, kind staff, excellent beds! And the whole hotels smells great while they ate baking cakes... We loved it!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Parking place and nice view.
5.8 Okay
Pros: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is wonderful.
Cons: In our view the hotel is highly overrated and does neither deserve the 4-stars nor the high rating of visitors. We expected more. Our room was somehow damp (even the clothes in the suitcase felt damp after three days) and the toilet smelled bad (from the water drainage?). The tap water had some issues and every time we took a bath for the baby, the water looked brownish. One day there was a power cut for a couple of hours in the morning. Of course the hotel can't do anything about that and it shouldn't be a big deal, but as a consequence of the obviously poor infrastructure, there was no water either. Particularly when you are traveling with a baby, no water (neither hot nor cold) can become a problem..... and to be honest, in a 4 star hotel I would expect that a power cut does not affect the entire water supply.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The amazing view from the terrasse and the friendly staff
Cons: The beds are a little hard but everything else was absolutely wonderful

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice relaxed atmosphere, great views, really helpful staff, and an excellent lobster and pasta dinner in the restaurant, good breakfast.
Cons: Air conditioning could have been more efficient
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful. Giovanna at Reception gave us excellent dining recommendations all’ within walking distance of the hotel and which met or exceeded our expectations. A standout was “Clipper” where I had the best seared tuna I’ve ever tasted.
Cons: We booked a “Comfort” room and it was quite small. Really only space to open one suitcase properly. Whilst there was a wardrobe in our room it could have done with a little freshening up. We had a 5 night stay and our toiletries were not replaced daily unless requested.
7.0 Good
Pros: Mr Damir is very attentive and give us a lot of good infirmation about points of interest and good restaurants.
Cons: There was a very umpolite and awful situation. I just asked a glass of wine empty to drink the wine I have bought and they said me that it was only possible paying 10 euro. I told the reception that it was a very umpolite and not kind way to deal with the clients and the girl at the reception insisted in this ridiculous position. Terrible!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff especially Roselle who looked after us with booking , checking and late check out . Great pool area and breakfast room. Walk to Porto Cervo short with no traffic but down steep hill and ferry across the harbour runs on the half hour and return on the hour til midnight
Cons: Maybe in need to some small updates like new room towels and beach towels and a bit of TLC for the future on the building but not a deal breaker
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotless, breakfast was lovely, waiter's and waitress really nice and welcoming. The Receptionist's were really helpful and the Bar man was very nice and also advising us where to go.There is a free shuttle bus that goes to the beach at 9am and 12pm but you have to book as only 8 seats and it was the older man that does everything in the hotel who drove you there and pick you up.We went in June and it was really quiet. You need a car to get around. The roads don't have much pavement to walk on so can be a bit dangerous. The Clipper Restaurant is down the hill on the left and very reasonably priced. The rooms are cleaned every day and give you miniature shower gel, shampoo and body lotion per person and fresh towels. The pool supply's towel's for the sun lounger's.You can order drinks at the pool and they put it on your room.
Cons: I loved it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I proposed to my now fiancé at this location on the balcony overlooking Porto Cervo. I asked management (Clemente and Rosella) to help me set up the balcony for this proposal and they were so very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. While I was out to dinner they went into our room and set up the balcony as per the photo below. It was truly beautiful and we are super grateful for their efforts. They were also extremely helpful in suggesting places, beaches and other little recommendations to do and see here. We will remember hotel Balocco forever and will definitely be back!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Day staff at reception (Giovanna) and bar (Damir) were incredibly accommodating and Nice View was superb Bathroom amenities Salvatore Ferragamo appreciated Free shuttle to pevero beach was great in the sunday
Cons: There is no complimentary water bottle upon arrival in the room which I find exaggerated for the price, they charge you a mini bar water if you are thirsty the first night. Noise was terrible with an unceasing “clapping” which prevented me from sleeping I organised transport from and to the airport, they did not organise it. Swimming pool service was terrible and waitress not happy to be there From the presentation I thought I could walk to the marina but it is a good 30min walk so I had to incur extra expenses in renting a car. One morning it rained and there were not enough interior tables for breakfast - service disorganized - cold eggs, no attention to details
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in room 116 which was end of corridor and had a fantastic view and an extended balcony with our own sun loungers as well as table and chairs. The room had two large wardrobes, a free safe and a good hairdryer in the bathroom! Swimming pool had sunbeds every day while we were there (July 18-20) and the service at the pool was fantastic. Breakfast is continental but its a wide choice, you just have to pay for eggs if you want them!
Cons: The location wasn't amazing. Although the views are fantastic, the hotel is a little way from the main towns either side. We managed to walk 15 mins down a (steep) hill to the marina where there is a supermarket and restaurants.. Its lovely there, but not much going on. There is a free shuttle boat hourly over to the designer village on the other side of the marina which is worth a look. Lovely ice cream stall and a fab cafe but couldn't afford the clothing sadly! (Think Bond Street.. LV, Gucci, D&G etc) Taxis are EXPENSIVE (30 euros for 10 mins) so consider this, and they are cash only mostly!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool was great so was the location.. staff were very helpful too
Cons: The food was not good. Very poor.. don’t eat in
4.3 Okay
Cons: I had requested a "quite" room with Seaview. Therefor I accepted the higher costs for a "Junior Suite". In the end I ended up in a "suite" directly next to the main road, and the interior of the "suite" was smelling musty. So there was no real enjoyment of the terrace use... When I opened the doors to the terrace as the road was absolutely annoying.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great room amazing views great breakfast
Cons: there´s no elevator
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quite comfortable room in a hotel that cares about its guests. Nice pool and good breakfasts
Cons: My wife thought the hairdryer was poor and could only walk to one restaurant which was very good but for variety needed to drive for evening meal
9.3 Excellent
Pros: - a charming boutique hotel - off the main road which makes it feel secluded and quaint, even though it is easy to get to - by no means fancy but what they have there is plenty - balcony attached to every room, a big enough outdoor swimming pool, a bar for a night cap, a lovely terrace view from the bar/lounge area, and breakfast - the room was spacious, pretty basic and clean - staff are lovely, friendly and helpful - great location surrounded by beautiful beaches. if you're into smaller beaches we recommend Il Principe (beach 10 mins walk down a steep hill from carpark but it's worth it!) and Capriccioli (beach a min walk from carpark) - supermarket and gelato place only an 8 mins drive away If you're coming from Olbia the right turn to the hotel on the main road is just before Ristorante Mama Latina. It's a little more obvious when you're coming from Porto Cervo.
Cons: By no means is this a criticism as we love the place and would go back. One thing I would say is the bed is a little on the hard side. It's more to make visitors who need/prefer softer beds aware.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good buffet breakfast. Clean sheets every day! Good pool and terraces with stunning views to coast. Balcony to our room with same coastal views.
Cons: Said that the hotel did not have catering apart from breakfast but there was a restaurant within 50 yards, However,we went once and then it and most other restaurants shut on 30th. September. This caused a problem as we were without a car on the strength of the local restaurant advertised. We would have picked an hotel with a restaurant had we known
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendliness, view, value for money
Cons: showers are tiny
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Views Staff Clean
Cons: The bed is rock hard Moths ate my dress

Pros: We had a really nice stay at the hotel from the very first minute. Staff in the reception, hauskeeping and waiters were very friendly and helpful. We always were offered a good coffee for the breakfast. Rooms are quite big and very clean. Hotel has a nice pool.
Cons: Wifi in the rooms did not work well.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: staff excecellent
Cons: nothing
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: -
Cons: Due to a surgery we could not come, the hotel first did not want to postpone our stay at all. Only after contacting SPG and writing a tripadvisor review, they offered us 4 nights in off season instead of 8 nights, that we booked. This is a solely cash cow with zero customer friendliness, not recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate all the guest requirements.
Cons: Booking.com provides incorrect info about the hotel! The cots/ cribs are not free!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room , sea view ... environment
Cons: Everything so good. There was nothing that would have been nice .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was an describable Amazing resort Amazing staff Amazing location Every point of the stay was great
Cons: Spa was not up to the hotel level
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, the flowers were gorgeous and everywhere! The villa was beautifully appointed, the furniture without a stain on it. Every time we consulted the staff for help with arranging transportation they were so helpful
Cons: The shower in the room didn’t drain properly but we did not complain because everything else was outstanding. I also would have liked a little cafe to have a light lunch, the buffet lunch was fabulous but expensive and too much food.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was nice, bed very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.
Cons: the prices were ridiculous for food and drink, one pina colada (no pineapple or anything fancy) 28 euro! All the food was only luke warm (or stone cold in the case of my main course) and, I am sure unrelated, so was the water for the shower.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, villa, facilities, location and a spectacular view from the terrace. Rep. Was excellent all questions answered and swiftly as was given a number to communicate with them via WhatsApp. Would highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodation was very spacey, with a lovely pool area and our own private terrace and separate garden.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool, hospitality, variety of TV channels, villa location and view
Cons: Wi-fi very weak signal and slow.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Dishwasher & oven /hob great.
Cons: Only 1 out of 3 showers was powerful enough. 3 bed villa for 6 people only had one sofa for 2 people and a wooden bench so we could not all relax in the lounge. The photo of 2 sofas is misleading as we only had 1.
7.0 Good
Cons: I had to pay $250 extra for the air conditioner which was not expected at all. When i booked online it clearly said that this place was climatized but it was false advertisement.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: bed and pillows not comfy.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely villa and pool, and owner/staff, 10 minute walk to the centre and supermarket.
Cons: Not very close to a nice beech. We needed a car or taxi to travel to other areas as there was not enough in Porto Cervo for us.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was a return to this hotel after many years and we were pleased to notice it has not changed with its ethos of excellent customer service .It has a lovely lounge area and outside seating that is always kept clean and fresh. The pool area was good but Im sure may get busy in high season. It is a bonus to have its own private beach area a short stroll away. Especially impressed with the cleaning of our room and the happy demeanour of the pool guy. The bar man also makes great cocktails
Cons: The stay here is definitely enhanced by having a car as one cannot walk safely along the main road outside the hotel. Also it is not the quietest hotel as regards traffic noise BUT the view made up for it in our room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Next to lovely small walkable beach. Good shower. Decent pool. Beautiful gardens and grounds. Parking space .
Cons: Pretty bad internet. Varanda need to be better cleaned. Tiny fridge which you cannot fit anything and didn’t work well. Thing s absolutely overpriced in the hotel - from water to drinks. Bar would charge for ice! This is terrible. Restaurant average and breakfast same every day.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: lovely and clean room, very helpfull staff. the beach was so nice and relaxing. They did gluten free toast at breakfast for me.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room not bad but was supposed to be able to fit an extra bed and would not have been possible. So I think we got a smaller room than booked Great towels and comfy bed
Cons: Price of drinks expensive. Especially cold drinks
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good No taxi service only private car services which were more expensive
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Walk down to private beach, clear blue sea, free sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Good breakfasts. Nice terrace outside room and gardens
Cons: Gym / fitness room - no a/c working. Only one exercise mat. No water available. Water in room 2€ for small bottle.
7.5 Good
Pros: The private beach, pool and lounge areas
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice outside facilities such as pool and private beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was also quite good
Cons: Breakfast needs some improvements.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Private beach . Breakfast . Room size. Pool .
Cons: Bar staff could be more friendly and helpful. Music choice in bar was awful! Restaurant food was too fancy hence restaurant empty in the evening so no atmosphere at all - this urgently needs reviewing. It would have been great if we could have ordered bar snacks and drinks for the beach or picnic boxes .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel- nice green territory, comfortable, helpful staff. Great location- close to Porto Cervo and lovely beaches around. There are many restaurants around.
Cons: Beach not the best one due to the stones but within 5 min by car you can reach beautiful beaches with sand and azure water.

Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: overall is great and good.
Cons: the king bed shall be one bed not to together. they need to put water as complementary
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Location: the resort is very close to Porto Cervo & the Maddalena archipelago and only 40 minutes drive from Olbia airport. If you don't have a car (ou do not want to use it), the hotel offers free shuttle service to Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia (every other day) which is very convenient as finding a parking spot there can prove to be quite uneasy. - Venue: in addition to the magnificent Mediterranean garden, the hotel boasts direct access to the beach of Pitrizza (shared with 2 other hotels but each of them having distinct sectors, sunbeds and lifeguards). - Service: we booked a Deluxe Room with garden view but we were offered a Junior Suite for the same price with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. Because our departure flight was late in the evening we spent our final day chilling at the beach and we were proposed to have a room for 30 minutes to shower before leaving what is a very kind attention from the hotel staff.
Cons: - Food: we booked halfboard. Breakfast and dinner are OK for a reasonable price but food quality was a bit disappointing (exception: on Thursday evening however do not miss the Sardinian buffet).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast buffet and seating outdoors by the pool. The property was huge and had lots of rooom for kids to roam.
Cons: Limited parking and once it was full you had to drive around looking for street parking. Rooms were very spread out and some required a lot of walking.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and directed us to the right places and restaurants in the area. The Croissant was simply the best thing at breakfast
Cons: The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee horrible (worst I drank in Sardenia) The Room location 220 and 221 - although view is excellent is just opposite the reception area and that could be noisy at times.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the little cove it was in and that it had a section on the beach for the hotel guests. Season was just starting when we arrived so we had lots of space available. Pool was lovely, plenty of beds available. Half board food available, this was fine and what I’d expect from most hotels; breakfast was the normal choices, pastries, fruit, yogurts, meats cheeses, or cooked breakfast bacon, sausages (hotdog style) scrambled or boiled eggs on the buffet although you could request any other style eggs from the waiters. They are always willing to help. Dinner wine water and beer was available - choose off a menu for starters and main meal - with buffet salad and soup also available and selection of desserts.
Cons: Well the evening entertainment was lacking. The piano man was so bad that it was entertaining but couldn’t listen for too long. There is not much around the hotel - a car may be needed if you want to get out and about. Taxis are extremely expensive, you’re looking at €25-30 for a 5 - 10 min ride each way. Although there is a shuttle bus from the hotel (you need to book in advance for this) that will take you to Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia (both are worth a look at)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the charm of the surroundings: water gardens, pool and beach lounge areas. The food at both the restaurant and terrace grill was excellent and staff super friendly and helpful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent, and the hotel is very nice.
Cons: The beach restaurant it was poor...and the food not well done.
7.5 Good
Pros: the architecture of the hotel is unique. The room was very big and clean, with a nice view at the swimming pool and the beach. There is a private beach, which although is not the best compared to the famous coasts of Costa Smeralda, it is still a good one. The dinner offered at the hotel is very good (better than the breakfast). The personnel is very helpful. At a close distance from the hotel there are restaurants (but you need a car to get there).
Cons: Breakfast was fair, not very impressive. Swimming pool is not for swimming but rather for relaxing. The parking of the Hotel is small and can get easily full. We visited the place in mid May (early season) and not all the shops of the hotel were open.

Pros: Everything! It’s near Porto Cervo, near Grande Pevero which is an amazing beach with crystal waters. The staff is amazing, the breakfast has varied food and is delicious. The rooms are comfortable! We liked it very much!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely welcoming staff they made sure what ever request we have came true. Felt very welcomed also great location and great traditional Sardinian style.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else. Position. Comfort. Breakfast.
Cons: Room smelled funky. TV is really small.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice breakfast
Cons: Ants
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was correct, the WiFi didn’t work properly. The personal was kind
Cons: The WiFi didn’t work properly, you could only reach the room through stairs, which makes it difficult with the luggage.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really great and friendly staff, great location, next to an amazing beach. Just a car is needed if you want a bit of variety for restaurants as there are only 2 within walking distance. But again, nice 'quaint' hotel, with a great staff - rooms are basic, but very clean and well kept. Well worth a re-visit.
Cons: The total experience was great, just the rooms are a little thin-walled and you can hear the movements of the neighbouring rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our holiday in Sardinia was made by this accomodation, it was the little things; the suggestions from the reception staff (she was young, so friendly and had excellent English) were excellent - where to find the best beaches, dinner recommendations and booked an incredible boat tour for us. The breakfast (included) was delicious and the young lady who prepared it every morning did an amazing job. The room was VERY clean (and big!) and they left the air conditioning on for us so when we returned the room was nice and cool. The accomodation has the best location - free parking, walk across the road to a small beautiful beach and a short walk to Grande Pevero beach (stunning blue water pictured). A must stay if you are coming to Sardinia - such a charming place to stay (photos don’t do it justice) and an affordable slice of paradise.
Cons: Nothing!
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Piccolo Pevero and Pevero beaches. The staff is polite and the room was clean. The coffee at breakfast was very good.
Cons: The room smelled terrible, like old stuff. I do not know if other rooms have the same problem... I should’ve complained right after entering the room, but I assumed the smell would go away after opening the window... I only spent 2 nights there anyways The bathroom is decent, but the space for shower very tiny (specially when compared to the size of the bathroom). Big persons will have problems there. The hotel is dated although clean and spacious. You are paying the location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in beautiful area, easy walk to two gorgeous beaches.
Cons: No local shops to walk to so had to drive, not a problem as they would spoil the beauty of the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice little hotel, a stone throw away from a gorgous beach !

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but the restaurants - and the staff could be more customer oriented. In our case they couldnt give an hour late check out (not the issue) but they postponed the informatoon 3-4 times.
Cons: Did not appriciate the value for money, and food, provided by the restaurants. In general, low standard with dish-adoptations to suit German tourists (e.g Schnitzel). Seems like you pay for all servants and not the food.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice pool, beach and very good dinnee
Cons: Very poor breakfast, any fresh fruit, not good selection
7.0 Good
Pros: The pools and beach access made for a great location. It was 5 mins to Porto Cervo by car and so great for popping into there for dinner. View from both the foyer and dining balcony area was stunning.
Cons: Staff were polite but not super excited to help. Dining staff were stiff and dinner was production produced and served. The staff were not engaged and operated around us at speed as though we were obstacles to getting their job done. Cutlery was always being dropped and meals under cooked. Horrible experience for the price. Dress code was mandated for dining and yet many guests did not recognize this and the service experience did not deliver anywhere near expectations. There is no food service by the pools and waiter staff for drinks came by every 1hr - 2 hours so constantly walking back to pool bar for service.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location is wonderful and the facillities are great. The concierge was very friendly and highly helpful.
Cons: Sun beds were very uncomfortable. A sponge matress would be highly adviced. Moreover, I was disappointed by the fact that the staff didn t know how to do an invoice. It took a while till they managed to do a correct one. Overall, poor front desk staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was gorgeous and the service was amazing. It exceeded expectations!
7.5 Good
Pros: Liked the front desk staff service were helpful.
Cons: I didnt like that there was no complimentary water in rooms being a 5 star hotel. We didnt get rooms close to each other even though requested and booked 6 months ago Bed matteress and pillow needs changing updating Breakfast was very basic continental .
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: German oriented dinner menu
5.5 Okay
Pros: Lovely pool and grounds
Cons: Room was tiny, old fashioned and dark. Main restaurant stuffy and not family friendly. Pretentious.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in a beautiful location. Pool and Beach is great. We loved the view. Concierge team very nice. Hotel is not walking distance to Porto Cervo, shuttle service doesn’t work long (point missed) and taxi in and out is 30 EUR. Food ( dinning) is not the big thing at the hotel, it could be much better for a 5 star. Rooms are great size, and views and stunning.
Cons: bathrooms smell little bad and blankets very poor. Dinning could be much better!
7.0 Good
Pros: All
Cons: The isolation between rooms, very noisy and the buffet was not very good

Pros: Perfect location
Cons: Beds very hard
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great swimming pool , very close to all beaches , staff where great
Cons: Beds where a little hard
8.0 Excellent
Pros: There are four lovely beaches in walking distance. The pool is really nice as well as the area where you can find comfy sunbeds. The car can be parked on the property.
Cons: The kitchen wasn't well equipped (we did not have sharp knives or cutting boards, there was no basic equipment such as oil, salt, pepper, dish soap). The kitchen had to be returned absolutely clean, otherwise a fee of 60€ had to be paid. We understand that it can't be left in a mess when departing, but still you pay for the cleaning of the room which should include the kitchen. Altogether, we believe that the residence is too pricy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient apartments without luxury but with all amenities, including fully equipped kitchens. Great pool and rest area. Best of all it’s only a few minutes on foot from Capriccioli beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Smeralda.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Lower priced location in higher cost area of Sardinia. Nice pool. Market/Restaurants very close to hotel (5 minutes by car).
Cons: Overpriced for what you get in room. Old and felt like we were camping.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close to small beautiful beaches. Large apartment. Nice and helpful staff
Cons: No shade/umbrellas next to the pool. Limited equipment in the kitchen (eg no oven or wine glasses)
7.0 Good
Pros: Perfect location, near 5-6 beaches . Very silent & peaceful garden. And welcoming bottle of water too.
Cons: Stone ages building except the garden. For example it was a bar near the pool out of service (having in consideration that in the area there are not so many places to go it would be useful for the tourists that stay in the Residence).
6.8 Good
Pros: Big swimming pool Close to the beaches
Cons: I didn’t like the bed and the shower (too small) Too bad there’s nothing to take a breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful, they even let us have an umbrella and beach towels other guests had left behind. We really appreciated this. Location is great with beautiful beaches within walking distance and other amazing places only a short drive away. The pool area is great to chill out and the parking lot is very convenient. It was perfect for our holiday and we really enjoyed it.
Cons: We only stayed for 3 nights and there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen except for kitchen utensils. For longer stays this shouldn't be a problem but it didn't make much sense for us to buy everything we needed in order to cook our meals. Staff was kind enough to hand us some soap for dishes but there's no salt, pepper, napkins or any cooking basics.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool was nice. Great walking path to beach. Lots of babies making it loud at the rooms. Very close to eachothers patios so not private. Had to drive to - the hotel resturant opened after 8pm. Close to stores with a car.
Cons: Babies crying everywhere- not their fault or the resorts. Just a very family oriented place.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Lovely building itself. Great breakfast. The staff were friendly. Nice pool area. Nice reception area and dining area.
Cons: The bedroom had no seating area. The ensuite was very smelly. When we had dinner there the service was very very slow. However the food was very nice. The distance from the town is not a problem but it is not walkable because it is a main road without pavements and no street lighting. The taxi’s were hideously expensive.

Pros: Fabio at the reception took care of us. Thank you so much Fabio for being so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was superb. We had a fantastic time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff in the restaurant were fantastic and the food was good.
Cons: No tea or coffee making facility in room and restaurant would not serve coffee after evening meal, you had to go to the bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were delightful and the breakfast on the patio was lovely. Beautiful views and a much needed breeze! We had an evening flight out of Olbia and without us even asking we were offered a room for a shower in the late afternoon. Our room overlooking the pool had a big patio and a small table and chairs inside too. The shower cubicle was large, with good pressure and had a small step into it, meaning that the bathroom didn’t get wet. The setting was beautiful as was the garden around the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent and very helpful. Multi-course half board dinners were excellent as was the included buffet breakfast. Wonderful swimming pool.
Cons: Our room was adequate, a bit worn out, could do with refurbishment. (chipped tile floor, obvious plaster repair mark's not finished off).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Really helpful staff, nothing too much trouble and evening meals were excellent.
Cons: Rooms are a little bit tired but nevertheless clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: The property was clean and tidy.
Cons: It was far from the town with minimum shuttle service. There’s no entertainment and the pool was too cold to get in !
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were always polite and helpful. Great selection for breakfast ( although I would have loved poached or fried eggs) There was freshly cut fruit every morning.
Cons: It was disappointing that the pool was closed at 7pm. It would be ideal to have it open till 9:00pm. As it has been so hot and in the evening it would be nice to go for a refreshing dip in the pool.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Sympathy, service and lication
Cons: Bed short

Cons: Nothing around at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, ambience and closeness to the beach. It's literally a 1 minute walk. There are also many good restaurants in the general area. If you want to buy food items there are several supermarkets nearby. The reception and housekeeping staff were amazing.
Cons: For such a lovely property they should invest in better hairdryers. The one in our room was the ancient tube that gets too hot to hold. You can borrow a regular dryer at the reception but sometimes it's being used
7.5 Good

Cons: Parking

Pros: Great location and great staff !! Would definitely recommend
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel itself is not very attractive. the tiny room, the services are nothing paticular. this hotel feels rather humble, considering the huge price. But the beach access is the best. Two clean beautiful beach is right around the corner. Can’t be easier.
