Pros (+) The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and there were soft and firm pillows labeled and plenty of them.
Cons (-) It was almost $200 for one night which was waaaay too much for the quality. Also, this may seem silly to some but it is important to me, they only provided a "conditioning shampoo", rather than a shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was NOT conditioning and made my hair terribly knotty and stringy. They should not offer smoking rooms, I am a smoker but it was gross smelling. It was the only room a...

Pros (+) Great location for an multi-night stay to visit my home town. You can walk to downtown and waterfront restaurants. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Large room with all the necessities - coffee maker, micro and refrig. Coffee available in the lobby along with homemade cookies (!) after 3pm.
