Pros (+) I would recommend this place for sure. It is clean and centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the metro station or Wenceslas Square, but it is just far away enough to be in a real neighborhood with locals, not a bunch of tourist trap nonsense. So there are real restaurants, stores, etc. right around it The room is simple but clean-bed, chair, table, a few paintings. There is a small kitchen...
Cons (-) The floors are very creaky and it's weird walking around on them at night, but I have no real complaints.

Pros (+) Very easy to get to most of the main sights in Prague, clean, friendly staff. Nice value for money. Although shared toilet for my stay, private shower was a good plus.
Cons (-) Only one minus on location - the street noise (at least for my room facing the main street) could be pretty high at night and occasionally got woken up.
