Pros. Location!
Cons. Lost our booking, blamed it on the customers, refused to refund full amount (we had to take up the return of their $50 commission with Expedia, since it was not their fault that the reservation was overlooked...). The ladies behind the front desk were very accommodating, however the manager came in and started raising his voice (not in English), and then when we went to speak up, he interrupted and said that this was how business was done. I'm sorry, but VERY VERY VERY poor management skills! We will NOT be staying there or recommending to any other friends!
