I used the airport code to find a car. Booked economy. Got to the airport to pick it up and they told me I booked it off site and that location was already closed. (Why would it let me book the car if I was booking when the location was closed?) So the airport said they could only get me a full size and I would have to pay for a full size. According to the employee, this happens to people a lot. Unacceptable. Not using Enterprise again. Haven't received email receipt.10.0 Wonderful

Was able to drop off vehicle at airport instead of pick-up location, which was unsupervised for day/time of drop/off.Cons:
Staff ok. Vehicle not ready for pick-up time. Fuel tank not full. Exterior not properly cleaned. Don't like dropping off at day/time needed at an unsupervised location.10.0 Wonderful

You don’t find out everything you need to know until you pay for the car and they don’t tell you that they do a credit check. Also the service at the store was horrible, I noticed a lot of customers left unhappy.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
The clean car itself. It looked and smelled new despite having higher miles than most rentals I've seen. It was also very comfortable. And the integrity. There were 3 scratches on the car that they caught and noted that before dropping the car off to me. I have been manipulated in this with others before.Cons:
