Cons (-) Lighting controls in the room looked impressive at first glance, but were actually not very practical in real-world use. Temperature in both the (mens') sauna and steam room was completely inadequate (cold). When I flagged this to the spa receptionist she said this was they were both set at the maximum temperature allowed. If this is the case then either the maximum temperature allowed is too cold...

Cons (-) The beds were old and they were so firm, it was tantamount to lying on the floor. To be clear, I seek out firm mattresses, but this exceeded anything I've ever used before. Additionally, the room had the smell of a room that had been a smoking room in the past 10 years. It felt dirty.
