It was very quiet, and the location was fabulous. We like the hotel’s unique aesthetic. The cleaning crew came a bit too early though, and the pillows could be a bit more comfy.

The staff was amazing. Beverly, Kanesha, Enrique… all wonderful. And the fact that I know all of their names is proof of how the staff here treats you like family. It is certainly a reflection on Mr. Ervin Kelly’s excellent management skills. I miss you folks already!!

Loved the location and the staff. However, for the beds they had a plain duvet with no cover. In place of a duvet cover they put a plain sheet below and on top of the duvet which obviously never stayed in place. We have stayed in much nicer hotels for the same price. Not worth the price that we paid.

Pros (+) Quiet and comfortable...a top-notch conversion of an office building into a fine hotel. Room features were solid, room size was good, view was extraordinary, staff was efficient and friendly. We had to spend one short night downtown and only discovered this gem because of a Travelzoo coupon. We would recommend it and stay there again.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel. Luxurious rooms. Kind smiling staff at all times. Good restaurant. All amenities were there. Nice touches like record player in room.
