Our trip started on a Monday and ended on a Saturday. It was a drastic difference in the cleanliness of our room. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew that never went away and the pools had mold in the grout lines. I'm sure the upkeep is a lot but it was disappointing and I couldn't take my eyes off it while trying to swim and relax.

Pros (+) Overall resort Staff, dining and staff, ability was clean, bar and staff, valet parking and staff. Buffet food was presented well, fresh and plentiful.
Cons (-) Room service cart is too noisy in the hallways during the nighttime hours. Dining chairs in St Trop need a good overhaul, many are needing new seat section due to tearing. A tour of the facility at check in would go a long way. Show the five restaurants, spa, st trop, bar two area, sixth floor bar to advanced members and even the lower level bar and dance area.

Pros (+) We were not given the room we paid for and the room we were given smelled moldy. The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom from the toilet in the room above us, when we asked for the room we paid for they said their were none available.
Cons (-) Better customer service . better maintenance . Friendlier service.

Pros (+) We stayed for a 10 year anniversary trip. It was a classy resort that we loved because it catered to a different style than the stereotypical spring break type resorts. Rooms, restaurants, pool, beach, all very spacious and stylish.
