The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The check-in check-out process was fast and pain-less, surprisingly easy especially considering our current circumstances.Cons:
Just one trivial detail could have been better, the car itself could have been equipped with more usb charging ports. Also, I wish I had inquired about the ezpass before our road trip.10.0 Wonderful

I wish I was aware that they only had a van available but that's sort of my fault too for not asking ahead of time. Everything else was great.. great experience. Way better then when I have to rent from Budget in Wareham, they are terrible.Dollar

Reservation booked through Kayak, 30 minutes before pick up got a call rental place is out of cars. Although they said they were sorry....7.2 Good

In person everyone as Avis was nice and helpful. They attended us quickly.Cons:
We tried calling multiple times and had to wait 30+ min for them to find our reservation, and had both the customer service rep and his manager argue with us rather than explain the price difference when dropping off the car in a different location. Thy were unapologetic and talked to me as if I was stupid. Talking on the phone with Avis was a MISERABLE experience.Thrifty
