Location very close to bus station. Convenient to get to the falls. Staff generally helpful.
There was no wifi signal in room at all so always had to go outside. There were no ladders for bunks so people had to climb up and down which disturbed my sleep. Bathroom got very wet because the shower curtain wasn't long enough.

It was my first time in a shared room, so maybe it wasn't a good objective opinion, because I think it was uncomfortable, overall beds!
