Shuttle to WSU campus on gameday Super staff Love the many elec outlets for mobile devices in bedroom Very clean Nice breakfast WiFi was so slow it was essentially unusable. Internet is a basic necessity today like lights and water. Having a bad wifi is a deal killer for me. I would not stay here again if the internet is not upgraded.
Hotel had modern finishes and nice staff There was no restaurant or room service available. Also the shower was an open concept, ie no shower door or curtain, a recipe for a cold shower every time.
Great location, great staff and nicest hotel in the area. Like most hotels in the area, they jack rates up anytime there's an event on campus. I wish they had a preferred rate and availability for Rewards members.
Stylish room, very modern and large. It was the size of a small apartment with a full kitchen. The rate was great. The bathroom could've been a little cleaner- the shelves needed dusting and the glass wall of the shower had water spots. One of the beds was too soft for my taste, with a dip in the middle.
The rooms had all different kinds of support for electronic devices like USB ports all throughout the room, which is great for charging, and there is a bedside phone with built in audio system that allows for charging devices (both Apple and Android) and also for listening over the speaker. The room is very modern and comfortable. Across the street from the golf course so the views were all quite nice No complaints
This is a new place and I really liked the design and feel of the room all the way to the adult walk-in showers. Nice desk, bed and bathroom along with the little kitchen. Had trouble finding a measuring cup. The breakfast was above average.
It's a great location. Just off the bus route if you don't want to walk to campus. 10 min walk to WSU. Being just steps off Main means kitschy shopping and great dining are right outside your door. Added bonus was the continental breakfast. Could use an update but is clean and the beds are comfortable.
Price and breakfast. Nice people
The room was quiet and the view was nice. The beds were hard. The parking was very difficult to get in and out of. The parking lot had potholes and was uneven. The facility is clean, but old and outdated. The continental breakfast had only cold foods. I will not stay there again unless there is no other choice.
Beds comfortable Noisy, poor breakfast selection, not open before 7am for coffee
Walls were a little thin
I was placed in the room right next to the pool. The soundproofing was not that good and I could hear screaming and splashing from the pool until 10pm. Stay away from room 106.
Did not get my 5:00 am wake up call.
We were visiting WSU in Pullman, WA. Moscow is very close by and La Quinta is on the edge of town closest to Pullman with food and shopping within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and despite our room being near the lobby, it was quiet. The one complaint I can come up with is the lack of fan in the bathroom. The shower made it quite steamy.
The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. It has a good location close to Idaho and Washington state universities. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around all night.
The price, proximity to U of I, and that they're pet friendly Only two flimsy pillows, stains on sheets/comforter, paper thin walls and squeaky floors
Although we had a reservation there was no room ready for us when we tried to check in at 10:30 pm. We had to wait 30 minutes.
clean and well appointed room. Breakfast was hot and plentiful with numerous choices. bathroom sink needed maintenance - which was handled promptly!
..from a Marriott property. Good clean safe place to stay in a college town at a reasonable price. Right on the edge of campus, easy walk to anywhere on campus or historic downtown.
Location - close to campus and downtown. Parking lot is horrible. Rooms need updating. The cost was so far out of proportion for what it was.
The location is great can't beat it only because of the city of Pullman itself The room didn't smell the best nor was the customer service too friendly
The room was adequate for my needs. Wi-Fi was free, and the bed was comfortable enough for my short stay. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was very nice. The room was very dated, with uncomfortable chairs. There was no phone or clock, or even a notice about the check out time. Other than Wi-Fi and a TV, there were none of the amenities one expects at even the most basic motel. The room also had a distinctly musty smell.
Clean and comfortable. For the price, you can't beat it. Not nearly as sketchy as it seemed in the photos. No real complaints.
I liked that there was a microwave and fridge in the room, that was unexpected. The beds were comfy and the room felt clean. It had all the basic necessities to stay overnight. The room was on the small side, not any extra room for kids to run around in. The bathroom counter was amazingly short, as well as the shower head.
Hotel was nasty stains on the carpet
