TRS Turquesa by Palladium - Adults Only

Everything about the resort was wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and the grounds were beautiful. Great beach, great pools, convenient to rooms, plenty of seating at beach. Some of the restaurants were great, others were good. Staff was great and great location. It was gorgeous. The views the beach was amazing. Service, the staff, the food, how clean it was. My wife and I stayed for 5 days. The hotel was next to the beach. Our room had a pool and ocean view. The staff was polite and very helpful. There are a couple of restaurants with different cuisine. The food was great and well arranged, especially for dinner. I would recommend the TRS Turquesa hotel to anyone who wants a nice vacation. Staff were great! Different pools and dining options. Could walk around or catch a ride. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beach access. Serene grounds. Spa was fabulous! Very zen throughout!

My ONLY complaint is the bathroom stall in the rooms. There is not much privacy of others are in the room. Sometimes music outside too loud, very loud in room, when wanted quiet. The curtains in room was dirty. The curtains around the bed was dusty. When cleaning the rooms they need to think about after each person to wash or place new clean curtains around bed and windows. I wiped them down myself and sprayed Lysol which I wouldn’t have to. All the solicitors on the beach going back and forth all day... I did feel like the staff was choosy on who they wanted to serve which seemed a little impartial which was sad because the people who they chose to appeal treated them not nice epically with tips but because what they looked like. Hopefully they do better. Food variety was limited. This a fraud I couldnt stay when my reservation was paid in fulll and they charge me more than usual for stay one night and the supervisor was not professional and didnt give me option to feel comfortable I lost a lots of money charge for one room. The “travel club” people are relentless in trying to sell you their club which is like a time share. They roam around looking to talk to you all the time. Food was average. Lots of different cuisine options for dinner. Lunch became repetitive. Overall quality of food, especially the chicken and meat, was disappointing. Our room, while cleaned fantastic every day, had some issues with hot water a few times. Bathroom facilities at pools could have used a little extra attention and our sliding door to the pool was very loud and squeaky. The service did not correspond to a 5 star hotel, specially at the restaurants. We asked for an infusion and they said they didn’t have hot water. We insisted and after 30min we left. No one brought the infusion. We were there for 4 days, on 2 days there was no cold water and we couldn’t shower with hot boiling water. We had to call to get it fixed so we could shower. The battery of the door lock died and we waited for 30min and had to ask a couple of times if anyone was coming anytime soon. Timeshare spills. Older buildings. Loud when ppl pass rooms have to put towel under door . Can’t find butler half the time. Guest using speakers blasting music till 230a . Clientele is not a 4-5 star base. Flies all over the buffet . Smoke detector flashing strobe light in room till maintenance ripped it off wall and never brought it back . Room never got changed like promised. Every free gift offered for timeshare was never fulfilled . Lack of customer service, they were sanding the walls of the hallway, power outtage, food wasn’t all that great. The fact that the 2nd day there was that nasty seaweed rolled in. No fault of the hotel but the beach did not get cleaned up by staff and spent the day at the pool.
