The front desk representative on the night shift was excellent. She should be given a medal. She was working alone, running a constantly ringing phone, checking guests in, etc. She needs a second person helping her. Pros (+) The beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) Our shower did not work, the lock was busted off of the door, we had an inoperable heat source, a malfunctioning toilet, and the coffee maker was missing pieces.

Pros (+) The location was good, right in town and close to all the action.
Cons (-) The hallway was not vacuumed a single time in the six days I was there and it needed it when I arrived. Their breakfast did not start till 6:30 am would have liked it at least 30 minutes earlier and when I arrived a few minutes early the staff was rude about it.

Pros (+) staff very nice, professional, helpful, n friendly. good housekeepers. nice continental breakfast. hotel is clean. nice mattresses and pillows. have been here before and will definitely come again.
Cons (-) the carpet had been recently cleaned in our room, must have used too much water, there was a very very musty almost moldy smell in the room. the fire alarm went off, we all evacuated, no fire dept showed up, no staff showed up, we just went back in when the alarm went off.
