Pros (+) Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Cons (-) No room safe, 2 separate elevator trips are required to reach rooms, sidewalk outside hotel was broken.
Pros (+) The rooms were on the smaller side however were very comfortable and clean. I surprise was a heated outdoor pool which was excellent. The staff were professional and covered all basics for need to know.
Cons (-) Nothing major at all. It was just the design of the building and having the so called lobby which is topically found on the ground floor to be on the 3 and next to the doors of the office tower within the same building. Nothing major in the least. Will return again.
