Only stayed here because they have a 24 hour shuttle to La Guardia airport. We arrived late - left early the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave before the complimentary breakfast - so no review for that.

Courtious staff. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel in general.
Pros (+) There’s some really great Chinese restaurants on the same block. Inexpensive Asian massage one block over. Asian shopping. All things asian. This is the real Chinatown of New York and the Hyatt is the best Hotel. Great idea for a romantic trip to China without the hassle of the actual trip!
