I look most of all for clean, privacy and no bugs. I got all of that and more. Well pleased and if I need to stay overnight again will give Claudette a call. She exceeded my expectations on friendliness and bent over backwards to please us. Hotels should take a lesson from this lady!
Everything was perfect
Beautifully located an a bayou. We were warmly welcomed by Claudette, the owner of the B&B. The room was nice and clean, breakfast very good. There’s plenty to do and Claudette gave excellent advice. We went on an airboat trip in the swamps and to Laura’s plantation.
The Chateau is a beautiful and well taken care house, located right in from of the bayou. This is the perfect environment for those looking for peace and a good base for exploring the region. Miss Claudette is a very good host and will tell you all you need about to enjoy what the Cajun country has to offer, including tips on the best plantation tours and restaurants where the locals eat. Oh, be advised: there's a very good breakfast included!
Very inviting! Close to festivals! Fun place to stay!
