Great location near the lake. Staff was very helpful.

Pros:The size of the room and the soaking tub.
Cons:I did not like the way the staff treated me when I had complaints about my room because they messed up on an upgrade. There parking garage I could not get out of and was stuck waiting for 30 minutes for technical support. When I voiced my frustration about this the staff was very rude and used vulgar language which caused me to do the same. I will never go back here

Pros:Check-in was quick and the room was acceptable. It was clean and there were no major issues.
Cons:I would have preferred having a fridge in the room. I know there are some rooms with this option in this hotel.

Pros:Love being able to walk to downtown and having the marina with a walkable waterfront there. We did a makeshift picnic on the marina :-) nice, clean rooms and great shower water pressure, one of my priorities, ha!
Cons:The marina side doesn't seem to have an entrance and it is very dark back there at night, especially at the edges of the building on the southwest corner.

Pros:The room was nice, the toiletries were standard to nice and there was free water. I liked that the gym was 24hours as I like to work out late. Beautiful location and close to restaurants. Very quaint.
Cons:They had sleepnumber beds but the controls did not work.

Pros:Sleep number beds were like sleeping on clouds best night "sleep" i ever had.
Cons:One of the lamps didnt work in the room no big deal .
