Pros (+) This hotel has a great location. The interior of the room was nicely remodeled. The buffet and decor in the restaurant were nice.
Cons (-) Sound insulation between rooms was great. The shower had a nice head, but it was old traditional in its layout. Confusing check-in area in relationship to the valet drop.

Cons (-) Upcharge for wi-fi, escalators didn't work. elevators were VERY SLOW and useless when we needed to get out. Had to let two go by because they were full and then then took fire steps - which only opens to outside and is wired to an alarm which thankfully (or not?) didn't go off . Was told card key would get us out of the parking garage without paying which didn't happen. Cost me $12 to get out.
Cons (-) Walls were paper thin. We heard arguments from the room across the hall and sirens from the police station across the street.
