The whole location and entire hotel was outstanding and the Italian restaurant was excellent with excellent service. Our waiter was outstanding

Cons (-) We were checking in very late, so I called early in the day to ensure we would have what we needed once we checked in. When we checked in, I also asked if what we had requested was already in the room. We didn’t get what we had requested until 45 minutes after we checked in, around midnight.
Cons (-) Noisy room . Staff stiff. Cockroach in bathroom killed not removed overnight . Wonder whether is cleaned properly every day.

Cons (-) I made a reservation for a one bed room, and in front desk gave me two beds because no availability for one bed. How could it be? I do my reserve with more than six months.
