7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast buffet was great. We ate at the restaurant and our meals and service were wonderful.
Cons: Rm #120 needs updating and fixed. The key cards on both doors would show a green light but neither door handles would open the room on 1 of 2 trys. The chain on one of the doors is so rusty j couldn’t use it. The stopper in the tub was next to impossible to step on so the water would hold. Only tried to use tub because shower pin on spout was so limed up, it wouldn’t move up or down for water to come out of shower head. The A/C didn’t seem to be working properly either.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: .work out room
Cons: Breakfast buffet was a little sparse for the price charged
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: It was filthy, there was something nasty all over the walls, the rooms smelled musty. No elevator so we had to carry all of our stuff up the nasty filthy stairwell. 9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was the same every morning. I understand that we can't have a hot breakfast but we had the same cereal bars, and fruit for 4 days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We actually booked this room on accident. But long story short our experience was awesome! We even said when we were leaving that it had been a really good accident. We both enjoyed the rooms. Super clean. Softest bed ever! Not a lot of noise from any of the other people in the hotel. The staff was very nice. And we will definitely be staying at a Hampton Inn wherever we go from now on.
Cons: Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Like any hotel off of the interstate, there was some loud trucks driving by. But that was expected and out of the hotels control so I have no complaints.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very new; the rooms were in great shape, my bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was diverse; good selection of hot and cold options. There was coffee and tea, as well as lemon/lime water available all hours.
Cons: My room was very close to the highway, so I heard semi traffic all night. I'm hoping that once some landscaping is done closer to the highway, the noise will disappear.

Cons: The AC did not work in the room and it was miserable. I did not figure this out till I woke up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. In the morning the staff was overly persistent about coming in and cleaning the room while I was still there. This began at 830 am. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I actually checked out earlier than I had planned

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Upon entering the hotel, the manager comes and slams the door wide open in front of us without any apology. I told him we had a big family traveling from out of town and we needed three rooms. He i initially said ok, ran our cards and only after he ran our cards; he said he couldn't give us the rooms. He stated that he was out! What hotel manager operates this way. I was completely distraught as it was windy and freezing. We had little ones who just needed rest and a warm bed to lay in. Upon leaving, i told him he charged my card more than once, he said no he did not. I didn't argue, i contacted my bank the next morning who then told me he charged my card 3 times. All said in done i was refunded but i will NEVER EVER go to another Super 8. The facilities were gross and it had a smell. Customer Service is number one in my book and this guy had none! Please don't waste your money or time. This guy picks and chooses who stays at his hotel and if you do decide to stay, pay with cash! If i could give this place a negative 0 i would. To this day i still don't understand why he swiped my card and told me he had no available rooms. We paid for 3 rooms.... Anyway another one bites the dust. Don't stay at this hotel!!!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The room was a smoking room.
Cons: I booked a stay expecting it to be worth my money. The floor had huge stains on it. The paint was chipped and dirty on the walls. I do not trust the beds that had hair on them and they providing very little to know amenities. Very poor quality all the way around.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms and friendly staff. There was a Mavericks steakhouse across the parking lot so we could just walk there and there was also a cinema across the parking lot.
Cons: The parking lot didn’t go all the way around the hotel so we had to haul our bags through the lobby and down the hall. It would have been closer if we could come in from the other side.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: The breakfast was the worst, stingiest excuse for a continental breakfast I have been offered in over 44 years of domestic and international travel. The building was falling down and easily half of them unfit for occupancy. The place was filthy, the floor in the bathroom was sticky. You could plant corn in the carpet in the room and the tile floor in reception was blackened with dirt.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Smoking everywhere
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I will never stay at a super 8 again because of the treatment we got at this hotel.
Cons: Everything, staff is horrible.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Price
Cons: Needs remodel and upgrade
5.4 Okay
Pros: Worried about the apparent lack of cleanliness
