Pros: Everything was perfect. I will definitely come back again. Good communication with the owner. Good price, good location. Beds are comfy and there's even a sauna to your convenience.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Everything is simply SUPER!!!
Cons: One smaller pot needed..
Pros: Nice family run business, caring staff, i liked the BBQ , the sauna , clean and very warm rooms excellent value for money.
Cons: A bit difficult to find maybe a sign on the building would help.
Pros: The bed are comfy
Cons: It needs to be cleaner and hotter, especially the room heating should be improved. The kitchen, toilets and bathrooms are shared but this is really annoying when you have to share it with lots of strangers.
Pros: Good location in a great little town, very clean and accommodating.
Cons: Wiring for wifi router needs attention!
Pros: Nice place Everithing is OK
Cons: Liked everything about the stay. Small ants problem in the bedroom but nothing to fuss about. A perfect stay!

Razlog Ski Resort can be reached within 17 km. An airport pick-up can be organised at a surcharge. Free private parking is possible on site.
Pros: Beautiful view to three different mountain views, accommodating staff
Cons: All was very nice, I would just recommend that they offer slippers to guests, since the house has a no shoe policy
Pros: The location is just unbeatable-- the village is very picturesque, and waking up to a 360 degree sunrise view of the snowcapped mountains was one of the highlights of our trip. The house itself is beautiful as well, with lovely terraces, patios, and a garden; and the hosts are very warm and welcoming, providing a delicious, filling breakfast and many unique recommendations for the area.
Cons: No drawbacks that I can think of.
Pros: Very nice, warm and friendly staff. Amazing view. Unique experience - must visit.
Pros: Amazing hospitality - like a home away from home!
Pros: Intimate room with a view of the vegetable garden, surrounding fields and distant mountains. Small balcony with two chairs outside. Beds comfortable, wifi good. Bathroom small but adequate. We were served an evening meal of three courses (salad, meat with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, crepe and jam with cream, accompanied by home-made fruit juice) but did not have any choice about the dishes. We were charged 50 leva for this meal for 2 persons. As a comparison, we also had an evening meal in the fancy hotel about 100 metres away, where we paid 28 leva including the tip for a very tasty and filling dish each (more or less the most expensive items on the menu) and a bottle of wine. Breakfasts were varied (different on each of the three days we spent there) but a little cheerless. The coffee was good, but the bread was white and humdrum, the cheese and cold cuts were bargain basement items.
Cons: The description is not accurate. The property is not located "in a forested area", it is located at the edge of the village surrounded by agricultural fields with scattered trees and bushes. There is no "tavern", there is a dining room for guests. Parking is not available on site, even the owners park in the muddy lane outside the house. Our room was on the top floor, accessed by two external metal spiral staircases, which could be a problem if you have bulky luggage or cannot handle spiral staircases, so it really ought to be mentioned in the description. We were initially attracted by the description of a property with a tavern and free parking in the forest, so we were somewhat disappointed by the reality, a quite ordinary house beside a muddy lane on the outskirts of the village.

Pros: The size of the rooms were great Very friendly family run hotel WIU stay again
Cons: Nothing negative to say

Pros: This place is a sacred place. I is not well described by the indicators above, because in this place one doesn't expect much for materialism. the experience is of calmness and nature. nevertheless the facilities are well enough, and the family restaurant is working from 8-22. the food is good, the horses were great and happy there, the people and the music. special place...
Cons: nothing really in the given circumstances ( a real farm hotel), nothing could minimize the respect for the effort the staff put in.
Pros: It is a hidden trasure! It is located in a mountain and you have view to two other major Bulgarian mountains. There is nothing else around, so it is very quiet and close to the nature. They have a lot of horses so you can go for a ride in the mountains. The staff is very open and ready to assist you with everything they can.
Cons: The double bed is actually two one-person mattresses put next to each other so no cuddling while you are there. ;)
Pros: The best accommodation to enjoy the nature and peacefulness around bulgaria , kindness personal, riding horse lovely, food exceptional and cheap! The personal was taking care for us all time It was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend it
Cons: Any regrets
Pros: Excellent horses and trails. Food was very good and staff accommodating.
Cons: Road to the property was in very bad shape.
Pros: Good nature
Cons: The accommodation doesn't match the price.
Pros: - Very welcoming and friendly staff - Delicious food especially the breakfast - Quiet - Perfect place for kids - The owners take very good care of their animals
Cons: - Limited menu in the restaurant - We had to wait more than an hour for a horse ride
Pros: Incredible location and view. Great horse riding.

Cons: better if you have a car to go there
Pros: Very friendly staff. Great view. Nice clean room. Quiet mountain area with clean air and beautiful nature.
Cons: Not enough veggie options at the restaurant. Some basic menu items were not available because of the low hotel occupancy.

Pros: Good location in natural environment Spacious clean apartment Good facilities Nice soa area really beautiful after renovation Beautiful garden wuth pool and playground
Pros: The property is compact, clean, well maintained with excellent staff. It is in a great location, and accessible to everything.
Pros: The apartment was big and comfy.
Cons: The indoor poll and hot tub wasn't so clean. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were green. We booked couples massage and masseuses were wispering between each other all the time, it was really annoying and not relaxing...
Pros: The pool is great. The rooms in the apartment were big. Nice view from the windows. We had a great time. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Parking was on the street when we expected it to be on the premises. The room decor is outdated and the showers needs some renovation. No towels for the pool...
Pros: Great location, the view is wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good food. They have a good chef. I was there in the summer and it was great. I understand that winter is even more spectacular especially for winter sports lovers.
Pros: Breakfast was all right and the spa center when it was working.
Cons: The room was on the ground floor with the reflector pointed inside. Looked like sleepeng near the lighthouse. Curtons were weak and we were forsed to put blankets and towels on the windows in order to get some sleep. Also, there was only one electric socket in the room. We made coffe in the nightstand near the bad.
Pros: Breakfast was ok although poor.
Cons: The bathtub and sink were leaking. The wi-fi was very poor. The SPA was ok but the pool and jacuzzi were very dirty. We had to walk across the hotel to get to the SPA.
Pros: Staff, location, rooms
Pros: Big, clean and comfortable apartment. Great location. Pool and spa area were nice. Good value for money.
Cons: Staff was polite but seemed a little "lost". Some of them didn't really seem to know what they were doing, how to react in normal situations and how to be helpful. Our hot water boiler wasn't working.
Pros: Reception is friendly and informative. The size of the apartment was generous--2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, balcony (with fantastic views). Our teenagers loved the pool and fitness and games (table tennis and billiards) rooms. Spa treatments were professional. Feel there is a willingness on the side of management to assist its guests and continue to improve. Overall a great 3-night visit. Hotel is in an area featuring many outdoor activities--would be helpful if there was 'what to do' info (brochure/hotel website)--name of activity, how to get there, how long the activity takes, etc. This info would help plan (and possibly lengthen) guest stays.
Cons: Breakfast could have more non-meat options but, if asked, the hotel will try and accomodate.
With a stay at Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA in Razlog, you'll be 8.5 mi (13.7 km) from Bansko Ski Resort and 12.8 mi (20.7 km) from Dobrinishte Ski Resort. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Surroundings, golf course
Cons: In the spa zone there is no controler present to prevent children to scream and run from sauna to sauna, opening and leaving doors open. No spa culture present within adults also. After daily maintenance of room there were no replacement towels and not stacked with coffe, the coffee cups were dirty, the floor carpet was not vacuumed. At the breakfast there were not all juices available, the eggs were served stone cold, bread hard...
Pros: we spent a great holiday
Pros: The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice surprise!
Pros: comfortable beds, the best spa ever, hyper clean, really tasty breakfast, professional and friendly staff :)
Pros: Great location
Cons: Staff did not know the charging proceedure - got us confused
Cons: The food
Pros: Great location, facilities, value and staff.
Cons: Breakfast should be more extended.
Pros: The spa facilities and the resort privacy.
Cons: The spa schedule ends at 8.30 pm, and it's too early. Especially, if you want to go to dinner at 7.30, the start hour for dinner, basically you can take advantage of the spa only till 7.00 or 7.15. Anyhow, the spa should be open at least till 9.30. Ideally, 10 pm as in other locations.
Pros: Very nice location and ambience. The views around and the mountsins are amazing.
Cons: The SPA doesn't match the aimed level, compared with other hotels around is rather mediocre. The breakfast is definitely not a five-star - neither the choice, nor the quality. The deposit is also funny decision. Looks like the hotel has its better days behind its back...
Pros: Excellent spa, a lot of space. Our 7yr old twins had a great time

Pros: The property is in a good location, but the room is small and run down. I’ve had better value rooms elsewhere that are better
Cons: Small . A bit rundown , prob worst hotel of the stay , odd because the restaurant is fab
Pros: Hardy recommend the hotel and also the restaurant! We had such a great time there thank to the lovely staff!
Cons: Some other guests were a bit noisy, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself ;)

Cons: Room is not cleaned on daily basis. Balcony was not clean and could not be used.
Pros: Very nice outdoor and complex
Cons: Complex looked deserted.
Pros: Small Spa
Cons: Everything perfect
Pros: Perfect location, kids playground everywhere a lot of place to walk.Good outdoor and indoor pools nice stuff.
Cons: The kitchenete is not fully equipment there was nothing to cook in just glass and plates. You should bring with you good knife to cut something and cooking pots. If your acomodation is in another building not in the hotel you can not enter with your card in main building coridors to transport from pools to main building.
Pros: the grounds
Cons: spa and restaurant staff
Cons: When I made check out the receptionist didn't speak English. He asked me to pay again and he couldnt find that I paid when i made the booking. Also they didn't gave me a receipt. In the restaurant the staff didn't speak English.
Cons: Dirty and dilapidated rooms, broken furniture and bathroom fixtures. Food is unacceptable. Flies everywhere. I ended up with a horrible food poisoning. Service was non existent during night hours. I had to wait for over four hours to have someone bring towels and sheets after throwing up all night. No medical staff on site not even a rudimentary pharmacy.
Cons: the room wa small and poorly furnished
Pros: The view was beautiful. The breakfast and lunch buffet was great, with many different kinds of food to choose from. Great service. Awesome spa and pools. Amazing scenery
Cons: The bathroom was very small and when you showered all of the bathroom floor got wet and slippery.

Pros: Great hotel, nice rooms, clean, great tasty foods, warm water in the pool, so 100% that we will came back! Great job!!
Pros: Very good pool
Cons: Breakfast so poor
Pros: We like the staff - they were very friendly and helpfull
Cons: The childrens area was not nice and the hotel was a bit cold
Pros: The swimming pool was excellent with beautiful ambiance, showers, sauna. Water was warm and deep. Not so suitable for little children but great for adults. The view of mountains was superb. Toiletries were nice. Very easy to find the hotel next to the road. The double bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm and we could control the temperature ourselves. I'd come again just for the pool!
Cons: We were given a studio for three adults as was recommended for us on Booking.com, but it was totally unsuitable. It was one room with a double bed and pull out chair bed, which was only suitable for a child. We had to upgrade to another room with separate bedroom and a fold out bed settee for the third person. This cost another €20. But there were no other comfortable chairs to sit on! We had to ask at reception for a kettle, hair dryer, bathrobes (extra charge). I had to pay 60lev for a cup of milk to make a cup of tea in the bedroom, having brought my own tea bags. Breakfast was ok but I didn't like the coffee from a machine. No fried or scrambled eggs; only hard boiled. Some nice fruit and yoghurt. We had an afternoon meal but the chicken was quite dried up. Better to wait for the evening buffet but we didn't know about that.
Pros: -We had 1 bed apartment (around 60 sqm) for a very good price, nicely furnished -Big free parking space for 30-40 cars I think. - It snowed heavily in the first night that we've here, but the staff cleaned the parking space perfectly . -Other facilities that you can use (some for free) like: saunas (wet and dry), pool table (extra cost 10 levas/ hour I think), massage (extra cost) . -Food at breakfast and diner was plenty and quite diversified.
Cons: -The door from the balcony was not closing almost at all. Freezing air was coming through the door' spaces in the living room. Door and windows were from nice PVC but , the closing system was broken. -Water temperature in the pool was a bit too cold for us (entire family and friends). 2-3 degrees more would've been perfect. -The roof in pool room was leaky I think half of hall. The lounge chairs in that area were wet and even if we would have tried to move them in the non leaky part of the hall, we couldn't do that because it was no space for more lunge chairs. -bathroom had no tub or shower tub mounted. You had to take a shower directly on the bathroom' floor; Tiles on the floor were not properly mounted, so the water was going towards door instead of sinking hole.
Pros: Five minute walk to town centre and bus station.Modern hotel with good facilities and helpful staff.
Cons: On checking out we were charged 16 Leva for tea and coffee that we drank in our room.We had presumed tea and coffee suplied on a tray in the room was included in the cost of the room as has been the case in all other hotels that we have stayed in throughout Europe. It is not the cost that annoyed us but the principle.
Pros: Pleasant surroundings - lobby, restaurant, room, etc. The staff was also polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. I found that the decoration was very tasteful.
