Pros (+) the moment we went to check in I knew we should have ran for the hills as the front desk clear unwillingness to answer standard question was welcomed by nothing but attitude. After 20 minutes I proceeded to check out the room before even getting my bags out of my car. The first thing I noticed as I entered was the floors not swept or mopped as of no one checked the facilities before any of the gue...
Cons (-) The staff needs to be more hospitable and the facility needs to be detailed prior to guest arrivals and also new beds with new linens. All damaged linens should be discarded. No one should have to ponder who’s blood in on their linens and how it got there in the first place

Less than 24 hrs before check in time, I received an email that the hotel cancelled all 53 rooms due to hurricane damage (a month earlier). They left 53 groups scrambling for a room in a virtually sold out city. I had to pay $400 more for two nights of hotel stays than planned. Will never stay at another Quality Inn...

Cons (-) Front desk clerk wasn't helpful at all (they're system was down and I could only book online, even when I offered to pay cash) The pool was broken, tub didn't drain and the deadbolt took several minutes to open.
