Evan, Jun 2022 - Red Roof Inn Indianapolis - Castleton
The room was disgusting. The bed was lumpy. The sheets were damp even the “fresh” ones and to top it all off they were stained with what appeared to be blood. I got bug bites on my feet when I didn’t sleep with socks on. There was drug dealers and homeless people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night.

Pros (+) Nothing. The staff were completely rude, no help whatsoever.
Cons (-) Everything. The front desk staff didn't try and do anything to accommodate me when I booked a reservation 2 weeks ago and they didn't reserve the room. I stayed at Holiday Inn which was much nicer but a little bit more expensive for only a bed. Kayak really needs to check their hotels.

Cons (-) The room was dirty. Trash wasn't emptied. Sheets were pee stained. It was supposed to be nonsmoking and it smelled like smoke. It took forever to check in. Bugs in the room. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Would not recommend to anyone.

Cons (-) We had a four night reservation but decided to leave after one night. There were three of us in the room with two dogs and the room was so small we didn't have room for any luggage. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. We didn't have hot water due to some water line break in the AC unit have a thick layer of dust built up inside. The beds were also very uncomfortable. We chose another nearby pe...
