Joshua, Jun 2019 - Red Roof PLUS+ San Antonio Downtown - Riverwalk
Pros (+) Good location. Staff seemed friendly
Cons (-) Lots of things could have been better. If you don’t have your own transportation, ok spot to go. Otherwise just stay outside of downtown and pay for daily parking. You’ll get better value out of hotel away from downtown

Jessi, Jul 2018 - Red Roof PLUS+ San Antonio Downtown - Riverwalk
Cons (-) Terrible customer service. Priced too high for the quality. Hotel floors were stained and it smelled all over. Pool was mediocre. Adverstised with free parking and breakfast and microwave/fridge in room and you had to get a special package for that. Felt like that should have been clarified. Elevator was broke and toilet in room was broke, too.

Pros (+) Pet friendly
Cons (-) Room was not ready at 5pm . They took our name put it on a list and saiid they would call us. After 3 hours no call. If you complain mgr. threatens to cancel your reservation, they also have a black list of customers I witnessed that with one customer as well. They will also charge you a 1.50 fee for a safe in room.
