Cons: "As soon as I got onto the plane, a male flight attendant rudely told me there was no room for my carry on. I explained how my holiday would be starting pretty much as soon as I got off the flight and I wouldn’t have time to wait for a bag to come off the flight. He then replied how that wasn’t his problem. I said I would put the bag under my seat and he said if he saw it under my seat he would take it. He didn’t help me try to find room or do anything helpful at all. I took my bag and found plenty of space to store it. I was very displeased and shocked how I was treated. Also the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was undrinkable. No where near what actual Dunkin’ coffee taste like. I also didn’t like that they tried to charge me money for the headphones."

Cons: "I had a late evening flight and my neighbors chatted very loudly the entire flight. The gentleman’s seat was one row ahead but decided since there was an empty seat in our row he would sit with his girlfriend. The couple smelled of alcohol, not sure if they were served with more than one alcoholic beverage but it made the flight very uncomfortable. Even with my earphones on at a higher level I could still hear them."

Without any warning, she waved her hand in front of my face to get my attention during beverage service. I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."

Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

Cons: "Airport problems, JFK is the worst airport I ever transfer at. Lack of signage for transfer passengers, it made me so confused for not knowing where should I go for my connecting flight. Long walk in between terminals even taking AirTrain. JetBlue problems, ground staff are not helpful at all. No separate line for transferring guest, long line for everything. Got separate seats at check in counter, but realized the flight is not full and my husband and I both had nobody sit next to us, really don't know why they assigned separate seats for us."

I am POSITIVE that several of those people missed their connecting flights as the flight attendants and crew did not allow for them to leave the plane first. As people seem to be so self-centered anymore, the attendants should have announced that people were not to leave until all passengers with connecting flights had left the plane. Very sad that people can't use common courtesy all by themselves, but as they can't, it should have been enforced by the team on the plane."

Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system."

Delta has a new policy that these tickets are not allowed to have certain privileges that tickets purchased on their own site have. Unbeknown to us, one of these is the ability to select your seat. On the ride from CVG to FLL we were assigned seats in the back of the plane, but at least we were next to each other. On the way back, we were not assigned a seat at all. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour due to paperwork. Apparently there had been some maintenance done on the plane and while the maintenance issue was resolved, the plane could not depart due to a mix up in paperwork. We sat on the runway for over an hour while they tried to resolve some confusion over who had signed off on the paperwork. Once that was resolved, we had to wait longer while the paperwork uploaded to the system. The pilot gave updates and was apologetic, and about an hour into said he'd called a Sr. Manager to get it resolved. If the maintenance checks were ok, I don't know why we had to sit on the runway for an hour due to confusion over a signature. Seems unnecessary. It delayed the flight taking off from TLH too."

They need a better checked baggage system, if there are any exceptions to just dropping off and tagging bags the client should be moved to a problem area and not take time for corrections in the dropped bag lines. All that should be required would be ID & Boarding pass. The Kiosk should print both the boarding pass and luggage labels. My seat was fine, the passengers seated with me were medium sized so we didn't sit on top of each other. No food but the soft drinks were okay."

Two checked bags for free and a small one that fits under the seat for free would be safer for everyone. Charge for the carry-on that must go into the bin. $35 each that doesn't fit under the seat. More money for the airlines and safer conditions for passengers. I fear someone dropping a heavy carry-on on me as they reach over to lift baggage in the bin. One day someone will be injured badly and the airlines will be sued and things will change."

The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

There was pee or poop or menstrual blood on one of the toilet seats and just pee all over the other seat. I went into one toilet and came back out to go to the other one. I told the flight attendant and he just shrugged his shoulders and went back to eating his bagel. I had to clean off the seat! Peanut mix is not enough each passenger should get 2 packages. The flight attendants were not careful when steering that drink server thing and hit several people with it moving down the aisle. My wheelchair was not there when we landed and i had to wait for it. The seats in the back of the plane seem like the cushion is high in the back so you feel like you're almost standing! Not enough room between video screen and my face. Shouldnt have to pay for entertainment."

Those seats went empty I stayed cramped. Kayak didn't show a box to check if you are disabled and need special seating or cart transport at airport."

Cons: "For starters...um ranch pretzel snacks? Weirdest snack ever and so tiny it was ridiculous. It took about an hour after take off to get the snack, and almost another full hour to get the drink. Too slow!! The seats are very cramped compared to jet blue. I paid a lot of money for direct TV thinking I could start a movie from the start. You can't, and there wasn't a thing on TV that I wanted to watch. On other flights for the same amount of money you can buy a premium current movie. Or you can fly JetBlue and get the TV free. One of the flight attendants, bless him, was mentally challenged, and I mean literally. He was sweet and it's nice he has a job, but he didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him if I was on a flight that had an onboard library of movies once you connected to the airplane wifi. It was frustrating trying to talk to him. I had onboard a purse to stow under my seat, and another purse, that was brand new that I needed to stow overhead. I asked another flight attendant to help me stow it overhead where it wouldn't get crushed. She showed me a spot where it was pretty much getting crushed. Since it was new, it would have been really nice if she put it in the nice closet that is usually up front on planes. I've been flying my whole life and once or twice I've been accommodated with the nice closet. That's all folks!"

Even better they only announced this change 5 minutes before our departure time, and we're very unapologetic about it, as though it's commonplace and completely acceptable. Don't fly Silver Airways, and be careful booking with United, as they will place you in one of these companies. it amazed me at how in the 4 hours I was there, I counted 3 flights that were delayed besides mine. Just horrendous all around."

All Silver had to do was check the Jetblue status and they would of seen I was over an hour late into Ft. Lauderdale. However the ticket person refused."

JetBlue said they could have just called them but them made us run around, literally. In the end the first flight was delayed and we could easily have made it as when we got to security we were the only people there. Took less then 5 minutes to get from check-in to terminal. Ridiculous amount of stress and run around for no reason. Don't expect good service from these guys in FTT!"

Then, due to weather we were rerouted to Gainsville. They wouldn't let me get out, even though there was a more direct connection in Gainsville to DC than Miami. Instead I go back to Miami, and even though I make the connecting flight, they sold my seat to a standby customer. I didn't get home until 11:30pm. I was suppose to arrive home by 12pm. It was awful and the attendants were so unhelpful and rude that it was actually ridiculous. I complained to United and of course they won't do anything. I don't qualify for a refund because they switched me over to another airline for the final leg of the trip."

They told me the plane was there, then they where waiting on the crew. (Crew was sitting next to me. In uniform. Common sense would have said not to fabricate this). On my last interaction the man behind the counter made fun of my limp- not acceptable. When Irequested to speak to the manager, she came up and promised to take care of the situation. She never even addressed the situation with the employee. I even have statements I kept from random people witnessing this, with contact information. Another failure. I have flown with silver for a long time and prob will not fly with them again. No reason to treat anyone like that. As a traveler with plans beyond your flight, I expect to be on time, or at least have a reasonable reason as to why I'm late. So I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Lies and false statements promising me 20 more minutes every time I ask is lazy and unprofessional. Who's gonna pay for my rehearsal dinner hat I missed and had to cancel? Im going to social media next with my story and how silver handled this."
